Can u guys tell me about my points on FSW skilled worker point table, just under the heading of education?

Dr. you will get 23 points. But you have to get your degree accessed by professional body. Not WES!!

Guys while applying for wes I made a mistake for my BE in Information technology I have choosed Institution type as "Secondary Edcuation".

Please let me know how it will effect my eca !!!!

Since u aalready did the mistake and no other option....

But I think WES gonna ignore this ...Coz they will assess ur Cert and transcript...So what u have written is not major matter...What is the outcome of their evliuation is the majjor....Thts why CIC assigned them to assess by themself ...Not the candidates declaration...

Soo I think u my not tension for this...

Hey Guys, I have a question concerning FSW. Can anyone please share some light?

I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design here in Brazil however I've been working for years as a Marketing Designer and as time went buy I got promoted as a marketing executive and I'm now working as a marketing manager. I have documents that can back that information, meaning I can make sure through brazilian documents that those have been my actual "professions" througout these last years and that I'm currently working as a marketing manager.

I am currently undergoing a postgraduate degree in marketing manager however I'm not going to graduate this year. I'll probably only get my diploma next year.

Considering I have proven work experience with marketing although my bachelors is in design would I be eligible to apply for the following category? Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations (1123) ??

I have a band 8 IELTS in hand however it is ACADEMIC so I have rescheduled a new General Training IELTS for the upcoming months. Talk about bad luck, huh?

Anyway, I was just wondering wether or not I'm eligible to apply under those circumstances.

Listening=7
Speaking=7
Reading=6.5
Writing=6.5

Am I eligible to apply and what is my CLB Score with the above?

ur score is 4+6+5+5=20 if ur IELTS is GT then u r eligible...

Not sure, if this is how the points are calculated for IELTS.

I think, since the lowest is listening at 7, the points will be 4 for each ability X 4 = 16.

I applied last year under 2132 - Mechanical Engineers. However the file was returned due to cap was full. Now this year I am travelling to Germany for work purposes following is my question

a) How to get the copy of my passport with visa stamp notarized? Since I am not in India right now? It is required to get notarized in first place?
b) Can I show my funds as mix or INR and Euros?
c) I have stayed in germany for total 9 months but never stayed continuous for more then 6 months. In that case should i show that i am residing outside my home country for more than 6 months or not?
4) While showing my current residence in one of the form different from country of origin what is the status that i should select (there is no option to select the work permit option).

a. Notarization is not mandatory
b. Yes. But you have to get certificate from bank/financial institute mentioning the equivalent canadian dollar amount;
c. If you don't stay continously less than 6 months, I think, you don't need to mention. Senior pls advise.
d. Can select "worker" or "other".

2. yes u will need coz its over 6 months.
3. Any place from India will be ok

For point 2, if we consider "These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18." he did not need to. I have two queries I am eligible under noc 2281 as its main duties matches my profile...but in question 12(a) it asks for the occupation ....so what should I write?? as my occupation is wireless network engineer n the title is not present in the COMPUER NETWORK TECHNICIANS... please suggest me....shall I write WIRELESS NETWORK ENGINEER or should I select a closely match title n write???

my second query is that all my job certificates are in English do I still need to take notary???

I got promotion as senior executive but my job responsibilities are same as I am doing since last 2 years. In this situation in job reference letter what i SHOULD MENTION IN EACH POSITION. Again if I only include senior tasks then it would be 6-7 months from my position up gradation therefore what CAN i include. I am doing production planning in manufacturing similar to NOC 0911 previously I had to play role in-charge of various section those are not employed differently, was assigned by management so If I consider those then how can I separate by date or supporting documents. I can merge the duties from the very beginning with executive and senior executive, What would be the good?.
