Guys, I just got an email from WES that the expected duration of documents being validated does now take up to 20 days instead of 10 days

WES might have been overwhelmed with tons of requests for ECA in relation to FSW 2014.

Its valid for one year but CIC requires it to be issued within 3 months from the date it is submitted to CIC. So, plan accordingly. Good luck!

The one I submitted with my application was issued 5months ago! So what do you think would be the possible outcome? I would have to submit a fresh one most likely...

Based on your comments on this forum, it appears that you have regularly visited this forum. Yet, I don't see your name on the FSW spreadsheet. Out of curiosity, may I know why you didn't enter your info on the spreadsheet?

I have another query... i m geeting married soon nd i ll apply for my spouse also...i requested her to be prepare wd documents..but in education documents my spouse has her frst name nd middle name but in passport nd other cetrificates she has her frst name+middle name+ surname ..if we opt to change name in educational ducuments den it is a lengthy process.....

spouse's educational certificate is required to submit????

The 2014 spreadsheet suggests for my NOC (2171) that I should be fine if I apply by early October. I plan to have everything ready in 5-6 weeks, so I am still having faith.

I realize it can not be older than 3 months at time of submission. Can this lead to application rejection? Or CIC will ask me to furnish new PCC at later stage?

Please advise.

This cannot be a ground for rejection. At most VO may ask for newer ones.

It can't affect you.
The worst that can happen is for you to be asked for a new one at a later stage.
Just relax and be calm.

what point is granted to me on education factor since WES evaluated my credential as below:

3 yrs. diploma in nursing= Canadian secondary school diploma
2 yrs. bachelor in nursing= Canadian 2 yrs. diploma

Is it 19 or 21 or 15?

Really felt bad but didnt have a way to prove my point at that juncture.

I went to SBI to check the status, they said they dont have a way to check its encashment status.

I have checked on ECAS as well ( I had UCI from my previous Canada travels) but no update as yet. Does anyone else on the forum whose CC Has been charged checked ECAS?

I think status can only be checked after receiving PER, you may recheck with SBI because i guess DD is like a manger's cheque when you make a DD they deduct money from your account and put into the branch managers account and when somebody present that DD they transfer that money to the account of the bearer. So SBI may tell you.
