just an observation

forum moderators requested that names here and in the fsw global spread sheet be the same ,so identifying would be easier.

lot of member names in the discussion dont appear in the sheet.

Or is it that i am getting something wrong here ?

I am from LA USA.

As far as I'm concerned,you only need a refined expereience letter from your employer which you claimed you have already.
You have also confirmed nothing was retained.
Transcripts isn't mandatory to be included so you are fine with or without it.
Not many applicants are lucky like you.....My application package of January,2014 isnt back to me yet.....another application package of mine of April 4th,2014 isnt back also.....count yourself lucky.!

In the background declaration form.
For the education part i have written university and college = 16 as in am B.tech and left every other thing blank.

But below that i have specified the duration of B.Tech, 12 and 10 with the right information for every field.

Will this cause any issue to my application

Should i send the background declaration form again with a cover letter or it will be fine.
Please advice ........... I am in a panic mode.

Yes you may use same package with updated job roles and responsibilities Ref. letter, POF etc..

No. Don't do it - specially the generic form. Give the current date where applicable. Also give your UCI.

There was one forum member, Marta that got package back before end of May for using old forms.

Also I sent a follow up letter with a document I missed and it came straight back to me within 2 weeks.

I have a few questions and I hope that the senior guys in here can give me a hand. Smiley

1. When I apply, I am required to state where I intend to live in Canada and I have to apply under a certain NOC. Once I make it to Canada, am I allowed to live in another city or work in another profession than stated in my original application? Just want to understand whether I have such obligations.

2. Besides my jobs that I feel that are eligible for my application, I was also employed full-time in a so called sandwich university program, which means that I had alternative 3-month terms of work and studies with a fixed employer that I was employed with over the full period of my studies. Am I still required to list this and do I need to provide a reference letter?

3. I intend to immigrate to Canada without dependents, what is the sum of funds that I have to proof? I have read $10000 and $11,824. Which one is true?

Yes man i filled the new generic form as i already said they had put a cross on it.

I would suggest sending it in a separate packet, just like any other new application.

I am not sure if they give you any preference because your is a returned case.

I had signed all my forms and put the date as 30 April 2014.

Would that be considered as an old application ,though it reached CIO on 7 may 2014 ?

And was there a difference between the 2013 and 2014 forms ?
