need help .....please my wife is principle applicant got MR, RPRF...and she is pregnant so she can't able to do her Medical...Q1.Can I do my medical as I am dependent Q2. Can we pay our RPRF fees now or need to pay together after baby born Q3.what documents will be required when baby born to add with her application Q4. For baby do we need to pay additional RPRF and app fees...sorry guys for too many ques...please help

1st of all congrats for upcoming good news.

2nd inform ur VO that u r expecting a baby and ur wife cant go under medicals.

3rd u can do the medicals.

4th u can pay ur rprf now, dependents under 18 years of age are not charged for rprf, u don't have to pay rprf for ur upcoming kid.

5th u will need to make official Birth certificate for ur baby from hospital, ask them to give it in English to avoid the hassle of translation and attestation, if your country issues any official government BC then also make that one and try to get it in English as well. apply for ur kid's passport asap and all other ID docs what ever u can make in your country like ID card or anything that is made for babies (cos normally ID cards are made when they cross 18 year of age).

6th ur VO will again issues u medicals for ur wife and kid and will ask u to submit the docs for ur baby.

7th ur case gona delay at least for next 4 months on avg.

8th people are normally advised to plan family as soon as they decide to apply for immigration and have kids once they enter Canada to avoid hassles in getting immigration. as babies are born Canadians and they don't need to get stuck and cause delay in immigration process.

if it is required, they will ask u to make new one, don't send anything without their request.

Dear Seniors
I need guidance on 2 things ..
1st being PSK Delhi and the other being timeline.
My passport address is of my hometown while i have been living in delhi since over a year .. i need to check regarding PSK Delhi .. as i would need to apply for the PCC there ..
My application was received at the CIO on 3rd December and i had not attached PCC ..
When should i apply for PCC .. I guess the usual PER mail timeline is around 90 days ..
Is there any person who has faced problems in securing PCC from New Delhi PSK .. I only have the Postpaid Mobile bill with me as the current address proof .. Although that is mentioned as an acceptable address proof on passport issue website .. but would that be an issue ?
Plus the usual Visa issue timeline as I can see in the SS was 7-8 months .. but with the Express Entry starting .. what kind of timeline can I expect for the processing of my application ..
Please suggest ..

I updated my details in the Spread Sheet.
My NOC 2174 is capped already. Don't know whether my application is accepted or not.If my application is sent back, when should i again apply for FSWP? I am upset right now

there will no FSWP after December 31 2014, u will have to apply for EE in 2015 and u will have to have a valid job offer from Canadian employer as well as having 67 points, without either of them, u cant immigrate.

guys I have one question....

even though I have done with medicals and awaiting ppr.....still want to clear one thing and for my info.

I was visiting cic website...I visited this webpage where they have shown how to calculate points for education for FSWP. here is the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

now they have mentioned

25 points full for PHD or equal level of education

23 points for Master level or equal OR entry to practice professional degree. they have further elaborated that to claim 23 points ur education MUST be in any of the following fields which are Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

22 points for 2 or more Canadian post secondary degrees, diploma or equal.

I m not explaining further. the point is that if u have done masters in any of the above mentioned fields ONLY than ONLY u can claim 23 points. else for all other masters u will get 22 points. am I correct?

like I have done MBA and my CES ECA says its equivalent to Canadian level masters degree but since its not in any one field that is mentioned above for 23 points, will I be getting just 22 points for that? is it true that only degrees from any field mentioned above will get 23 points? else all people having masters in any field will get 22 points only?

please help and clear out my understandings cos I was self calculating 23 points for myself in my app. but just now read its details and I think according to it I got 22 points for education instead of 23.

write the real amount u have, don't write the fund needed. I wrote CAD$26000 which I had as POF.

Iam the principal applicant and my spouse is dependant

in the PER email. Only my name is mentioned

For getting PCC of UAE u need to have Letter of Endorsement addressed to the UAE authorities from Canadian Embassy

For this we need to send email to them to get the letter.

As I have got the PER from CIC , in one email shall i mention my spouse name to get endorsement letter for her also.

or she too needs to send a separate email to Canadian embassy to give endorsement letter

How to get Letter of Endorsement from Canadian Embassy for PCC of UAE

i have more than 6 years experience, do i have to write duties in front of the appropriate check box and write (none) in the filed of 1, 2, 3... years experience, the other question, about the signature and date of the application forms, the pdf allow to write the date using computer should i use hand writing also for writing the date
