Thanks brother, one more query ,

on the "Background declaration" form "Education" section how to list our SSC,HSC "From -To" dates? Our certificates don't provide such details.How to input in the months section?

Please help

No need to have this on your certificates. Just fill in the correct answers.

For the proof of Education is the ECA report is all one need to submit? The checklist is saying about the ECA report only so no need to submit the photocopy of undergrad, postgrad or other certificates.. is it so?

Have you read the document checklist? You do need to provide copies of those items.

Already did brother...:) It will not be fulled as per below way...
Ok here is a programmatic explanation:

MAX_GLOBAL_CAP = 25000;
MAX_OCCUPATION_CAP = 1000;

currentGlobalCap = xx ; // Current number of eligible applications of ALL occupation;
current2174Cap = yy ; // Current number of eligible applications for a particular occupation, in this example, 2174 :D

If ( currentGlobalCap < MAX_GLOBAL_CAP) then {
if (current2174Cap < 1000) then {
if (application is passed completeness check) then {
currentGlobalCap = currentGlobalCap + 1;
current2174Cap = current2174Cap + 1;
application is accepted; // hurray...
} else { application is returned due to not eligible; }
} else { application is returned due to cap for the occupation is filled; }
} else { application is returned due to global cap is filled; // which is highly unlikely :D}

Enjoy!

Hi Seniors,

In one of the forms it is asked:
"Starting with your current occupation, list your occupations within the last 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation, identify the dates of employment, your occupation, the appropriate four-digit 2011 NOC code, the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time experience, and a description of main duties."

I am working as software engineer - NOC code 2173 for around 5 years but worked with 3 different companies.

So do i mention my experience in 1 row since my NOC & occupation is same(though different job titles) or 3 different rows as i have worked in 3 different companies?

Please help.

1 line per company.

My HR Manager is willing to write a reference letter mentioning my roles and resposiblities and other details but she is not willing to address it to CIC :(. She is ready to write it for universities(Education purpose and not for immigration).
Can somebody please help me by confirming if i can use this letter.

I would really apprecuiate your help.

Thanks!

Request him to write as "To Whom It May Concern". That will serve the purpose.

I have a doubt here.. Will settlement funds include Assets??

Read the guide. Settlement funds are that subset of your assets that are liquid and unencumbered.

Example: You have:
A home worth 100k
Home loan with 50k remaining to be paid
10k cash
10k mutual funds

Your assets are 120k
Your liabilities are 50k
Your settlement funds are 20k

I don't have any asset on my name and I don't have any liabilities too.. I just have my bank balance as 12000 CAD.. what can I do in this case??
