Dear Brother,

Those are cold NOCs (less demanded) which will not be filled up with 1000 CAP in between this duration. So overall capacity does not require 50,000...:)

please arrange balance /funds for you and your wife after get married and with new balance certificate and marriage certificate during the process if your application come to your local visa office apply to her on your application

How many application per eligible occupation cic will accept for fswv 2014 ? If it's 1000 per occupation then for 50 occupation it gonna be 50*1000= 50,000. But they had written 25,000 overall... Please anybody can explain me this

Further to what Century has to tell.. I talked to CIC agent last week, she clarified that It is not very Big mistake, though final decision will be of Visa officer.. Best Luck.. Mostly file will not be rejected for purely forgeting to mention Visa Office..

My HR Manager is willing to write a reference letter mentioning my roles and resposiblities and other details but she is not willing to address it to CIC :(. She is ready to write it for universities(Education purpose and not for immigration).
Can somebody please help me by confirming if i can use this letter.

I would really apprecuiate your help.

I have the below queries with respect to Employment reference letter:

1) Is that ok if the employment experience letter is issued and duly signed by head of HR department, which includes experience, my roles and responsibilities but doesn't contain any details regarding my salary (which they refused to include).
2) I can provide my incentive letters and Payslips (attested by the company authorities) as supporting documents for salary, I will also include a cover letter and affadavit for the same..

Please let me know will it suffice?

u don't have to address to anyone, just start with the heading " TO WHOMSOEVER IS MAY CONCERN"
just make sure the sign/stamp & contact details of employer is there on reference letter

Dear Brother,

U are absolutely ok with the mentioned docs...

Even u dont need to add any affidavit and Cover letter since u are submitting the payslip....

Just an addition--Add ur appointment letter which can include ur monthly salary also....
