Vo says my file is in queue for review.

My eligibility is in progress..
I have searched about this section..it means law enforcement and investigation...
Does it means they are preparing to enforce some law on me and finish my case...
Please clarify this....did any one got mr after having this section on their notes....

I really dont know what u mean,but i know eligibility in progress means work verification is on.i ordered gcms and eligibility in progress and ve since August sent additional docs requested by VO.I am waiting for my file to be reviewed and MR issued.

Would you mind sharing why you received a fairness letter? You should receive it anywhere between 2 weeks - 4 months. The maximum time taken by CIC to review additional documents is 4 months

I am just saying.. bcoz i read some forum members got fairness letter while there telephonic verification was also good.

Well i hope you don't have to go through a procedural fairness letter. As i mentioned earlier, they can take upto 4 months to review additional documents.

I actually got a fairness letter.(based on Case review analyst report)placed the gcms order 8th august and got it 11th sept.its a 53 page stuff,well detailed.

reasons for docs request is(1)my marrigae cert captured occupation to be business as at oct 20th 2012 instead of a builder.(2)my name was not captured on company website like other management staff of 7. 4siblings and 5 non siblings.ref letter was signed by my eldest brother(CEO) without adding his surname which happens to be mine too.so d case analyst review officer(RK)feels i do not want AVO to know dat its a family business as such wants company documents to be sent.i ve sent docs since 26th august,still waiting for MR after 49days.

In that case blacky, expect your MR before 25th December 2015. They have a BF date of maximum of 4 months for procedural fairness / additional documents. In my opinion you should receive it before the BF date, but be prepared to wait till December for your MR. CIC is extremely open minded about procedural fairness letter explanations, if your case is genuine and no delierate misrepresentation has been done, and if you can prove it was unintentional, they will certainly give you a favourable response. Pray and have patience, that is all i can suggest.

Hi evryone

This is a july'14 applicant with vo ndvo. App filed on: july 9, 14. SLU: jan 14, 2015, backdated (oct 29,2014), PER: Nov 4, 2015. I added spouse on Feb 13, after that they asked for marriage questionnare to be filled on april 13, i reverted back with the same on May 3 (fie reached NDVO on this date).
At that time , i also sent my new job details and location and numbers. But the new job didnt suit me well. So I came back in July. Since then, I have not heard from them. Can somebody plz put some light on the case, also how wud i know if i receive a TV on my emplyer's side? Mine was an MNC. I dont know where they can call exactly. Also, My agent is not letting me send them the details of the changes like job left, addresses and numbers. I feel lost. Plz somebody guide me what to do??!?!?
