Hello good people, I have been an ardent and silent follower of this thread and would like to congratulate all who have made it to Canada through FSWP 2014. I am a late December applicant, still expecting MR or any form of communication with respect to my application. I used a Canada based agent who has not communicated with me for over 8 months. If the seniors here can share any info on the possible reason for the delay in processing PPR and MR for October, November and December applicants. Could it be because we applied late?

One love!

@Pipis. Husband and Easyjay, thanks a lot.

Btw, could anyone please confirm if it's okay to land in Canada in a city different from what was stated on the COPR? Ours states Vancouver, but we're headed for Toronto.

Congratulations Ghledhow, wishing you success as you integrate in your new country.

Good morning my e family,

To God be the glory my family and I arrived Vancouver safely. Flight was smooth and the officials were very friendly. For those waiting for news from AVO, your blessing is coming sooner than you think IJN!

Please landed seniors, I just checked my status on CIC website and it's still on decision made. When does it change to completed? As I got in since 23rd.

Very okay. You're free to land and settle anywhere in Canada irespective of what is stated on COPR except Quebec which has its own immigration programs.

tosin79, it is alright to land in any part of Canada, as long as you are not provincially nominated or trying to land in Quebec.

@Ghledhow, congratulations on your smooth landing. Your ecas will be updated with your Canadian address and your status changed to "completed "in 4-5 days after completing your landing formalities.

@Ogaolopa: There's a fine for silent followers who only cry out when they get stranded. You are therefore expected to apologize and pay your fine before you would be accorded any responses ;D

To God be all the glory, Visas and COPRs received for my family on May 23, 2016.
I am grateful to God who has brought us to a successful completion of this journey which started way back in 2008. Here we are, after two TRV refusals in 2008 and 2010, and FSW 2011 application which disappeared into "thin air" and remains untraceable till date despite the use of a Canadian based consultant. TRV was eventually issued in 2013 and again in 2015 as well as Student visa (issued to spouse) in 2015. All existing valid Canadian visas were cancelled upon the issuance of the Immigrant visa.
I take this opportunity to appreciate the amazing support and wonderful contributions of everyone on this platform, particularly Pipis Husband and Neyobash. With the information and help available on this forum, the use of a consultant was totally unnecessary for me. To everyone awaiting positive updates from AVO, it will soon be your turn to celebrate IJMN, Amen.
Congrats beloved! God has again put a smile on our faces. I rejoice with your family and every other with a positive testimony. it ended in praise.

Dear Lord, I ask for swift release of the MR, PPR and pick up mails of our brethren that are still remaining. None shall be left without a positive answer in Jesus Name, Amen.

Journey mercies to those travelling this week, Safety is guaranteed in Jesus Name, Amen.

There is ALWAYS a better way with God

Yes I received PER in March 2015 and the mail was forwarded to me by him.
Hi, ;)
Apologies accepted. Maybe they have sent your MR to him. Same happened to me. Two things I will advice, try communicating with him and also do your own background checks by tracking your application yourself from https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas input your details and track. Share if you find a way.

My dear, dearest e-family, I was wondering why no one shared a gud news for MR, PPR and PUM yesterday, just found out that yesterday was a public holiday - 25 May, 2016. I believe today as everyday when I wake up like a lion, I roar --- It is going to be a good day. Please believe, you are what you think. When you make great plans, great forces will come to your aid. Today we shall receive good news of MRs, PPRs and PUMs in Jesus name . By faith, I have started packing already. Though the devil tried to bring bad thoughts to me that what if our PPs is returned and we are disapproved, I laughed and asked him "What if it is approved and we are given Visas and CoPR? Hope maketh not ashamed. I am still waiting for my PUM. God has done it for countless number of persons on this forum, why will he withhold something good from the rest of us who trust in Him and call upon him day and night? We tap into the testimonies of our seniors and latest celebrants. God is Faithful and can never fail. Let me leave this scripture which has always encouraged me with you - Joel 2:21 - Fear not, O _____ (put your name there); be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things . Please share your testimonies to encourage those of us still waiting that AVO is working and that this journey will end in praise. Love you all and succeed we shall!! :-* :-* :-*

Amen to your prayers.
Many thanks for remembering us all in your prayers...I believe today is going to be a great day
