I have a similar situation. Got COA mail on the 11th but still awaiting PPR and no update on ECAS as yet.

Hi, your PM did not have these extra details. Any accredited fingerprinting agency listed on RCMP website is reliable, contact them and request they sent you their fingerprint card to download. Print it out, take to Alagbon and get your hubby's prints lifted on it with the Nigeria police stamp on it to authenticate. Scan back to the Canadian agency and get your RCMP certificate. The Canadian agency may have a different way of getting the certificate processed for you but contact them and found out how especially requesting express processing. Time is wasting...

@PH, kuskus and Drealsix. Many thanks for your responses. contacted one of the agencies [XL-ID] and got the finger prints done at Alagbon today. Original fingerprint forms were required to be sent via courier, this will be done first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks once again.
