my passport has expired and am renewing it. how do i updated AVO as my MR will soon arrive by God s grace.
do i wait for MR on expired passport or update them first?.
hw do i update them?

Congratulations to all those eith positive updates. I need info on payment of rprf. Please what is the receipt nber like? Does it start with letter r and then nine digits after. I paid since feb 6th and sent the receipt to the email tht sent medicals but there has been no response nor updates

Hi, patience is the name of the game. There are people who sent mails since last year and still no response. Yours that was sent 2 weeks ago will be on the way greeting older mails ;D

AVO has been known to randomly respond to mails or just ignore them till they are ready to work on an applicant's file. It's part of the process, just wait in faith. Rest assured your money didn't disappear, response might come when you least expect

Please does anybody in the house have an experience with using DHL for passport pick-up?...I initiated pick-up since last week friday, and as I type I have not heard from them, no tracking number, no communication whatsoever...please how long does it take for a courier to pick up passport in accra?...experienced house members should please offer guidance. Many thanks

DHL picked up some packages from Accra yesterday, contact them again, your package might be one of them.

The seniors here could guide you. When I had a new baby, I emailed AVO and was told all that I needed to include him.

Congrats on your marriage, raise a CSE to AVO and attached copy of your marriage certificate, your wife Bio data page of passport and some wedding picture. AVO will get in touch with with you for further updates. But be ready for updated POF, to fill new Generic form, additional family form for you and your spouse, Background form for you and your spouse too.
