IMPORTANT NOTICE

Now that AVO is fully awake and dishing out updates at the rate one would expect, please I want to implore all members of the house who have gotten PPR or about to obtain the golden e-mail to stay prayerful, careful and vigilant. After I got my PPR e-mail, I could not get neyobash's contact on time, so I initiated pick-up with DHL at Muri Okunola VI which was quite close to my office . It was a terrible experience.

After my passport got to AVO, it took AVO exactly 6 working days to issue my pick-up mail and after giving a consent letter to DHL, I did not hear anything from them for over 5 days -- no tracking number, no form of feedback whatsoever. I called the customer service every single day, and they kept telling it will be done the next day. Until I got tired and went there, only for them to tell me AVO had not released my passports. Of course I knew It was a lie because I got a pick-up e-mail from AVO and I know this our AVO does not make such mistakes.

So I went back to my office and escalated with a strongly worded letter ( a stinker actually) through my lawyer directed to the MD of the Nigerian office and the Country manager. Before I knew it, e-mails and phone calls were flying in from all angles and of course they have duly picked up my package from AVO. So guys, my candid opinion is that PPR guys should go through UPS ( in my opinion) where one of our very own @Neyobash can help keep an eye on things.

This is the standard naija way and of course we continue to stay prayerful even after PPR. May God continue to give us wisdom. My 2 cents.
