Got the same mail shortly after my medical forms dropped last week. I made a reservation but the August and September dates are not convenient for me. You can always apply for a latter date before your departure from Nigeria if you are interested.

Got same mail. I booked for September, hopefully I should be able to attend then.

So so tiring, AVO just want quiet on MR all of a sudden, I was really loving the Speed at which dey where going den, like you said lets hope for a better next week, it will end praise for us all IJN.

Hi Hakpoguma,

Thanks once again for your comments on my request on how to retrieve my passport from AVO. I just got a pick up mail this morning from AVO and my status on ECAS has changed to decision made.

Cos I need the passport for a travel on Wednesday morning and DHL Nigeria cannot guarantee that I will get the Paspport in Abuja by Tuesday, I now have to travel to Accra on Sunday so that I can pick-up through DHL Accra on Monday and return to Abuja on Tuesday to make my other trip on Wednesday.

Can you please give me the details and contacts of the particular DHL Accra ffice you used in picking the passport.

Please seniors in the house, can a microfinance fixed deposit suffice for a POF? if yes, what are the documents to be presented aside the bank certificate as regard the fixed deposit.

Please oooo, I got my MR on the 25th of june but I have not seen PPR yet ooo. This waiting game is tiring oooooooooo. I need encouragement. Anyone in my shoes????

You should get it back before then, normally it takes between 9 to 21 days, provided you sent all the documents that was required of you in your PPR email. Congratulations in advance.

after sending the passports , how long does it take to get it back.
I just sent it today to get to AVO by monday.

I need to travel with it by 5th September 2015. will it get to me by this date

I don't understand what you mean by "passport pictures sealed and addressed to calgary". Anyway, the principal applicant can land before his/ her dependents, but you have to land with your own CoPR and complete POF for your family size. Your dependents can now land at a later date and do not need to declare POF again, just the copy of goods to follow form (if they are to coming with the goods) and their own CoPR documents.

to all landed seniors, please is it possible for principal applicant to land before dependents? if yes. what do i do with the passport pictures sealed and addressed to calgary, i have my passport picture and my dependents in there. your views please
