In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:


- Medical examination for the entire family. Medical forms will be sent to you via email tomorrow. Received
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for you and your spouse. Best payment method???
- Updated Police clearance certificates for you and your spouse from Nigeria.
- Letter of reference from current employer Is this common???

Also, my passport will expire n exactly 6 months from today and I want to renew it now. Should I do this before sending my medicals in or after?

Mods, I can't find my entry link so please update for me. Also answers to my questions will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

No I don't think so...It might have been missed by chance in the email....they might ask the same at a later date.....Please reply to the same mail asking for the clarification with URGENT in the subject or preferably create CSE to accra ........If fee not paid now, it might delay in process.....

But looking @ ur timeline which VO is processing ur application?

I have tried severally to reach Life Family Clinic and Maria on 01-804 2000 without success. Do they have any mobile phone contact and does anyone have it?

just spoke to a doctor there.. you can call this number any time from 7.30 am till 5 pm...08099742000 ask to speak with maria or tolu basically, they are the front desk folks though..

I have paid my RPRF by online payment using my credit card. I have paid for myself, wife and my 3years old daughter. Now i have received an email from LVO that my daughter's payment (CAD 490) was not required and CIC want to return the money back. They give me a email ID to contact for the claim.
-I just need to confirm whether RPRF payment is not required for kids?
-How to claim the refund?
Please share your knowledge/experience.

Very true, rprf isnt for children. Its for adults only. That was a fast response on thier part. Pls quickly institute a refund by sending a mail to the email address they stated. Its just a simple official letter requesting a refund.
