With extreme gratitude to God Almighty, we received the long awaited PPR mail at exactly 10.05 AM this morning.

By 1.03 PM, our passports were sent via DHL this afternoon.

Wishing and praying that everyone will get their much expected update from AVO....ta

@kuskus and @dmoneyvera007, I have clicked the "IN PROCESS" link and the details there are the regular 3-liner summary that tells you when your application package arrived CIC-CIO Office in Sydney, Canada, the receipt of your medical results by CIC-AVO, Accra, Ghana and the date AVO started processing (I think it should have been written as "finalizing the processing) of your application.

I await when "IN PROCESS" will change to "DECISION MADE" on e-CAS.

"DECISION MADE" should show up anytime now, then after you land, it will read that "You entered Canada at so and so airport and became a permanent resident" which will be the final update in the PR process.

Please must I fill IMM008 form again if when there is no change in my family composition ?

AVO said in their PPR mail as follows;

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE YOUR VISA:
☐ Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

There is nothing hard with filling of the form IMM8. They would even send the required link to you if I am right. Just do the needful and get your passport picked up.
Be however, careful while filling it so your details will match that you submitted initially.
I wish you all the best in the rest of the process.

Good Morning all, Just got to the office this morning, pulled out my phone to call wifey, as i was about dialing i saw a mail notification from Accra, should i continue call? should i read the mail. well i placed the call, no answer, so i decided to open the mail. lo and behold my PPR just popped in . Thank God and thank you all seniors and juniors inclusive, and the chairman himself Pipi's Husband.

I wish everybody the showers of blessings as well.

Let's assume the payment did not go through and I need to pay another processing fee, how do I do it? I think the processing fee can not be paid online.
Q1. If its a bank draft, do I send it to AVO or CIO? If it is AVO, is it the below address ;

That was pretty fast - looks like AVO has raised the ante.

I got the PPR on June 11, 2015

Sent the passports on June 12, 2015

Passports got to AVO on June 15, 2015



AVO sent pick-up email on June 19, 2015

However, e-CAS is yet to be updated and it is still reading "IN PROCESS".

I pray that AVO will use the same tempo to process all other pending applications in Jesus name. AMEN!!!

congrats , forget the ECAS for now.... IT IS BEING UPDATED EVERY TUESDAY ! check by next week tuesday, and IT SHLD READ DECISION MADE..
