Congratulations to everyone with good news. The selflessness in this forum has just been exemplary!
I have been a passive participator, but had to come in when I was not receiving any good news like everyone here!
My application was received December 31 2014.
But till now I have not been charged. Any advice? What's the best number to call to get an update and I hear there are free android apps to call Canada freely.

Yes. I just called them - One thing you should know is that they do the medical evaluation for 2 days - Each day not more than 2hours.
For me, thats a bummer! It's closer to where I stay but that 2 day thing is just not working for me..

I just called them now what I understood is that on the first day ur exam will take about 2hrs and on the second it will take less time however children require just one day. They are open for medicals from 7:30 - 4:00pm everyday except fridays when they are open 7:30 -10:30am You also need to book a day in advance. Doing medicals for kids here will save me between 6k to 12k per child. I also work in Ikeja. Its quite convinient for me

You guys are really awesome in response to issues raised in this forum. Please my friend is in this kind of situation you responded to above. But my question is,what is the implication of sending new form to VO correcting the error made on the schedule Background form? Also,PER has been received in this case but no mail or update from VO that they have received the application firm CIC, should the person still raise CSE to the VO?.

Hi BIDEXY, I guess you are talking about the misrepresentation in form IMM5669 question 4d. There is no need to fret, the person should raise a CSE explaining that they misunderstood the question and that they should be allowed to resubmit the form again, they will certainly oblige an it would not in any way delay their application.
