Hallo, my sister is trying to modify the mailing mode from wes, from ordinary to courier service using credit card but it is not going through. what could be the mistake? This is the info:
BILLING
NAME: wes Canada

ADDRESS: 2 Carlton street, E suite 1400
Email: inquiry6 @ intranet.wes.org
Then card details, which are straight forward. I can't find a better email. The message I get back; please check on the billing address or the card details. please help.

Ensure that your Billing Address for the card is the same address you used to open your bank account. Billing address cannot be a Canadian address while your Credit Card is Nigerian. Except you are saying you're using a foreign Credit Card. The details you gave are not really clear to me, but check if what I have said is the issue. Cheers.

Hi Guys, just an update; people who are waiting for their mails to be replied by CIO. Someone on the global thread confirmed he got a reply to a mail sent on 24th-25th October just yesterday exactly after 51 days.

Note however, that for communication with AVO, a CSE is advised, it gets better result. Someone called me yesterday and confirmed getting a reply in just a week.

Passport Request : August 14,2014
Application Started processing : September 5, 2014

until now, I am waiting my passport to return with PR visa.
Does anybody know here, could might tell me , how still will it take to received my visa
it's been 3 months already , i am worried what is happening with my application.
I wonder if the Visa Section forget me already,lol.
