I am new here and planning to send my application by the end of this month, i would like to know my chances for NOC 2171 thank you

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. The next step is that CIO will send you a PER by email but this might come about 3 to 4 weeks from now. Your file will then be sent to Accra VO fo futher processing. AVO is supposed to send you an AOR by email but they might not. At that stage, they will scrutinise your forms and documents and may make some requests after their review before medical requests will come up. Based on last's year's applicants experience, that may be 8 months time from now. Patience is the key word, all the best.

Hi Chic, No one can tell your chance, its purely educated guesses but i would encourage you to send your app as soon as its ready, hasten it if you can. You have invested so much already in getting the app ready so go ahead and submit. Wish you Good luck...

Hi, 2171 is one of the cooler NOCs and judging from the spreadsheet, you might just make it if you apply quickly. Have hope, apply and all the best.

Hello Guys,

Please help....i need to understand the process for next steps to take after submission of the application documents have been received by Centralized Intake Office at Sydney, Nova Scotia.

What is PER, PPR....etc?

I want to congratulate those that have receive PER (Positive Eligibility Review).You are some miles away to Canada. Some of us are still gathering the initial compulsory documents, I hope we will all get there. Though I belong to one of the cooler profession as somebody said. I want to urge people that have submitted their application to start looking at how to get register with their professional body over there. Best of luck
 
Lovely day to you all. Just a reminder that no matter how long, the blessings of God will always come. Got confirmation from my bank today that my DD was encashed on 31st July so I'm awaiting PER.

Significant step in a battle that started 3 years ago. God is indeed good and as He has done it for me, He will surely do it for you.

Pipis Husband, that's a positive step, you will get there. These updated spreadsheet you referred to in one of your post is for what. Can you please enlighten we the forum newbies.

Hi Lolesky, you know we don't have access to actual figures of applicants that CIO has received and the status of various applicants so some nice forum members created a google spreadsheet where we the forum members can go and put our details and get a little picture of what's happening. You enter your personal details, application details and various other info in the spreadsheet. Then every time you hit a mile stone in the application process, you update your entry in the spreadsheet. This way, you can see the number of forum members from your NOC or other NOCs who have submitted applications, had their CC charged/DD encashed, received PER, AOR and stuff like that.
