Hello folks, am new here and I need help with the Federal skilled migrant . I work as a data base administrator here in Nigeria. I took the eligibility test and it came out I qualify and I can apply for the federal skilled program using an open work permit.But the form required from me in the document checklist is contradicting. While filling the form they asked what type of visa am applying for,but skilled worker wasn't among the list ,the only option that looks familiar was post graduate work permit.Please can anyone help me with the info of the correct application to make.Cheers

Can clarify what you mean by applying for Federal Skilled program using an open work permit?

FSWP has nothing to do with work permit. So probably you are applying for a totally different thing.
And BTW you dont apply for FSWP online. so check again what you are applying for.

She doesn't have to wait but can make enquiries on the instrument at any time and as often as she likes. She has paid for the draft and confirming its status is part of the service covered by the fee she paid on it.

Sorry! Please a friend of mine applied since Sept and he's saying he hasn't heard anything from the CIC, Please could be the possible reason for this since his application has not be returned to him.

Based on review of the global spreadsheet, we know CIO is currently working on applications received in late August and early September so please ask your friend to relax. All is still in order, he should have some good news soon if there are no issues with his application

Friends, this may sound funny and unimaginable but then I have this 'what if' question that goes thus: what if for some strange reasons, an MR email was accidentally deleted...say for instance you are clearing your spam box etc. where lies the remedy?

Very simple dear. Simply send a Case Specific Enquiry to Accra on the status of your application and their response will tell you if they have sent you MR or not

Exactly the same reason why I said Mz. Johnson should wait another week before checking status. It takes like a week after charging CC for DD to be charged.......I know she can ask of the status anytime she likes. Anyway ...it is personal opinion.

Adding to what Papis said already. If you delete it...one day MR request go come na......so you will still see all the info again.
