You will need a cover letter from the company to state the irregularity....if not,just write your cover later or get a colleague to swear an affidavit of the above stating the company's issues with an identity card ,add ur affidavit too and back it up with payslips ,original offer letter and if possible, 9 months multiple bulk payments of some of the salaries which shd indicate your company's name and months paid .
No doc is too much to clear yourself.

In addition, get the statement of the salary account when it was regular to indicate when it was okay and how much. If the company is not willing to write a letter, a colleague can write if possible on the company letter head with your colleague complimentary card. Do not forget to include your offer letter and any other official correspondence you have with the company with cover note. Wishing you all the best.

So long as the description in your account is regular .thats ok. What i mean is that,the salary in ur account is showing that it is from your company,thats ok.my company owes about 3 months and i didnt have issues. You can print 1 year statement or 9 months to prove your point.write a cover lettet and state that the comany is owing you some months salary.
