well said sir... but i think a line is missing here. where is the commitment from the courier company in terms of tracking number?

if a customer has his/her tracking number handy and is following the consignment step by step i dont think there will be any hurry even if it takes a while to deliver, but when there is no form of communication hence agitation is abound....

Try reading Neyobash's note again. The bit on tracking no is there. I used UPS and got my tracking no the following day. I have even subscribed to email alerts so even if I don't go tracking by myself, I get alerts of major events (delay, delivery etc) regarding the shipment.

Try reading Neyobash's note again. The bit on tracking no is there. I used UPS and got my tracking no the following day. I have even subscribed to email alerts so even if I don't go tracking by myself, I get alerts of major events (delay, delivery etc) regarding the shipment.
