Hi Jignesh,

Thanks for the answers! I wanted to contact CIC, because I wanted to make sure that the UCI numbers that I got for my visitor visa are the same if I apply for the FSWP in '14.

Yes, reference letters are mandatory. My application got rejected in 2013 because of that. :(

Is there a checklist of requured/ mandatory documents?

So when to send? Do you have to make sure its definitely after May 1st? Will it be rejected if it get to Sydney before the Market cap?

As per the CIC website, a couple should have a proof of fund of CAD 14, 720 to be eligible to apply on FSW and my concern is whether this amount of money is actually needed to be brought to Canada or we just need to give them a proof on we owe that amount of money over here (in our home country))?? Instead, our bank account statement having equivalent to that said amount on home currency of some specified time will work or what??? Please need your advice seriously expertssssssssss

Can you apply to FSW even if you have a pending application for PNP?

With my present experience at current company I am qualified for Mechanical engineer (2132).

With my previous company, my roles match with Manufacturing Manager (0911). But my designation was Sr.Executive-Manufacturing.

1) Can I apply mentioning Manufactuing Manager (1st preference) and Mechanical Engineer (2nd preference)???

2) Will they accept my Sr.Executive position as Mfg Manager. However job roles are 80% Matching.

Pls help.

Hello all,

The CIC website says that some of the documents that we have to send to the CIO are copies. Are they are asking for just copies (photocopies) or certified true copies (certified as being true by, for example, a notary public?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Clement

I would like to know this as well.

Guys just copies... CTC are for english translated docs. I notarize my work reference but as far as I know, it is not required as well.
