My app is in processing. I'm 1st October applicant.... It takes a lot of time in snail mail to get it return....

You are in the same boat as all of us.
Oct applicants from LVO have only 1st line showing in ECAS.
Wait patiently brother.

I am afraid, m I out of the race OR is it normal processing time??

I would like to create a whatsapp group for NOC 2133 applicants who got MR or passport request, so that we could create a network and share our words regarding the landing, job hunt, courses and license etc.
Please provide me with your suggestions

Where can I find th official conformation info

there won't be official confirmation on web. For them program ended in dec 14.

Drop an email to cic they will reply and tell if your app reached after cap or not. You can consider it as official confirmation.

I wrote them email at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry email at 8 March 2015 and they havent replied to me yet I am bit confused The automated response said that they will reply within 35 working days .Its been alreday around 20 working day but still no response.

Thats how it is... normally 30+ working days is average so wait for sometime...
