Dear All,

Please hope for the best. I do not think we may out from FSW 2014. According statistics our CAP will not be reached. May be the reason is due to large number of applications received from 29 - 31.

If you see CC attempts are less compare than 2 week of December. So let us hope for some time. I think we should get by end of 2 week of March or max end of this month.

Be cool..God will do something for if our destination is in CANADA...Never loose faith and confidence.

How they verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

I have already sent PCC along with the application, so does mean that my processing time should be less?

I have applied from UK and still waiting on AOR from LVO.
My application was received 17thOct and got PER on 20th of Jan.

Have you received the email on your inbox or it went to SPAM !!!
I think I should receive an email by any time this week.

I am so sorry to announce that the cap of NOC 2133 has been reached. I called CIO today and found out that my application has been returned on 21 Feb. due to reaching the cap. My application had been received on December, 3.

I have doubt to return you application regarding the CAP, because as of December 16, a total of 777 applications were received by CIC which they have updated in their website.

According to your application received date is on 3 Dec 2014 which CIC has updated as on 16 December. Therefore, your application should be included in 777 applications.

Refer to spreadsheet there were only 10 applications received from 16 to 31 December where you need add 5 times more to include Global. Therefore total application may received around 40 or may be max hundread for 2133.

So, no chance that the CAP reached....

However, All the best for EE

The number of applications you saw in the website of CIC updated on December 16 does not refer to that date. I mean on December 16, the applications which had been passed the completeness check were considered on the website. In other words, the 777 applications had been opened about 3 months ago. Therefore those applications on the website(Dec. 16) had been received before October.

The Game for all applicants from 20 nov 2014 to 31 dec has already been over this is 100% confirmed. all applicants shall be receiving their files back in 60 -90 days. some of applicants has already received their packet back with cover letter that cap of 1000 apps reached.
