Sep 29 applicant got PER on 9th Jan and Oct 20 applicant getting it on 12th Jan....

There are many more applicant in between.....

To me it seems that there are more than one case officer working on 2133 cases and applicants are divided based on date of received or something like that.... :

Total: 777

There are no dates mentioned for no of app in 519 and in 258 either. So can please explain the logic behind your estimate of cap reached?
