I am a new member on this forum and I have updated my info to be included in the spreadsheet. My credit card has been charged.
I have not sent PCC with my application. Could any body tell me the time period of which police certification is required?.

Hi googler... applications delivered on first week of July (As per forum spreadsheet) are amongst the one who got positive feedback from CIC (There is around 80 to 90 days waiting time before you have positive/negative response from CIC). Hence, The Oct 5 Cap (180) represents the applicants of the aforementioned month.

Thanks for the clarification. Does your response imply that, if I send my application for NOC 2132 next week, most probably it is beyond the 300 cap?

I can't really say. I don't want to give false hopes on you.. Just try to submit. The cap (180) is from May 4 to first week of july.. Maybe some forum members here can give you a bigger picture of the cap trend...

Thanks for explaining the global trend. Actually, my last year application for FSw also faced the cap, and it seems that this would be the second time I might face the cap again... the blame goes to WES of course for unreasonably delaying the ECA....

You should have prepared well before as you already faced cap limit last time. Cap update is until July 1st week only. Around 54 got PER from the Spreadsheet by July 1st week while CIC count is 180 and still there are 86 applicants waiting in spreadsheet and available quota is 120. Moreover spreadsheet represents only 25-30% global applicants. Unfortunately chances are not bright.

In case your Application fail to reach within cap you have to go for PLAN B.

Plan B can be anything like QSW, PNP, Arranged Employment, Applying next year in FSWP NOC Category, Australian Immigration, New Zealand Immigration, Denmark Immigration etc
