Proof of Landing funds..

Can we use Demand Draft in Indian currency as proof of landing fund or is it necessary to make the DD in CADs ??

As I called my bank for Demand Draft in CAD, they refused to make it in foreign currency. Please suggest if anybody has made demand draft in CADs.

Hi Friends,

Because of incorrect Surname printed on VISA & COPR, I sent back the passports & COPR to NDVO for correction.

Any idea how much time NDVO takes to dispatch the corrected passports?

Anybody got similar experience to sending back the passports/COPR after stamping to NDVO? Please reply...


I planned to travel in May end...not sure how much time it takes??

Ur case is similar to mine. I received my PP with Visa on 12th Feb 2014 but had to send back all documents for rectification on 19th Feb. After correction, I received new COPR and Visa on 14th march 2014.
Hope this helps.

I am new to this forum. I usually read the information but first time asking some question out of my curiosity.

Okay I had applied in FSW 2013 and I got PER on 21th of Jan.

Now I am very much in waiting for medical.

Can anybody tell me how much time it will take, I head usual time is 6months.

I don't see any update on E-case... when it will be updated?

why dont you unable to check your ECAS?

what error comes?
as ECAS is usually updated in each week so now at this time you must be able to check it.

please select UCI no and write proper UCI no in details asked
than check the surname and DOB are written in proper format

My DM was of 27th March,2014. Toady I got mmy passports back with visa & COPR. in my wife's passport visa issue date is 25th March,2014 while in my passport visa issue date is 29th March,2014.. while visa expiration date is 25th August,2014 in both Passports.. Actually I am the principal applicant while wife is dependent... I dont understand while there is different visa issuance date? Rest all information in visa & COPR are correct...pls guide

I dont feel any problem in that, may be some formalities they had pending in case of you so stamping delayed
