Dear Forum Members,
good news from my side. :-) I almost received MR. I received following text in mail Request Letter attached. Waiting for another email for Medical Instructions...

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED...

I have quick couple of questions. Seniors please advice.

Q1. As part of the mail, I was asked to send PCC also. But I already submitted/sent PCC two times.

a.I taken PCC on 30th Aug 2013 and posted attested copies of them in the month of October by postal mail to NDVO.
I did not received acknowledgement after that.
b. I sent as attachment to Case Specific Query

My question is can I send the same PCC which I taken on 30th Aug 2013. Because almost its getting closer to 6 months and may expire or Do i need to apply for PCC again and get new PCC?

Q2. Generally how much time it takes to get Detailed Medical Instructions mail?

I wish all the best for guys who are waiting for MR.

Admin.
Please update my record in excel sheet.
User Id in excel: Reddy456

Many congrats for MR mail.
Regarding PCC, u can not submit PCC older than 3 months.
U would be required to procure fresh PCC.

Hi All,

First of all congratulations to all you have made it to the canadian immigration and I wish all the best to those who will be applying next year <2014>

Actually, I am targeting Canadian immigration next year <2014> if my skill code appears again. However, I would like to know in advance the procedure to apply for PCC. Basically in the last 10 years I have lived both in Pune and Noida. So I would like to know whether I would be requiring two PCCs (both for Noida and Pune). If no, then I am not sure from where to apply for PCC (Noida's office or Pune's office). In my opinion, I am a permanent resident of Pune, so I should be applying in Pune's office. What do you guys suggest?

Secondly, is PCC required for kids who are below a certain age?

Regards,
Monu

Hi Seniors,

The MR and PP email that I received quotes:

Dear XXX:
This refers to your application for Permanent Residence to Canada, as a skilled worker.
In order to establish that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, medical examinations and updated application forms and supporting documents are required for the following people, whether accompanying or not.

[[PA, Spouse and Dependent]]

As per this I would have to fill all application forms and attach all supporting documents once again, right?? what a pain in the ***!!!

Has anyone else gotten this request? I'm wonderin why would they want me to do this all over again? Any thoughts??

Also, can someone please send me dates of updated forms, as I want to make sure my computer doesnot open forms from old cache....So, please someone send me list of last updated dates for each form. Appreciate it!

Also, for the PP of my child, I would have to get a new PP made for my baby as she is 2 years old and the email from NDVO quotes:
"If the passport is damaged (pages torn, laminate lifting, etc.), the person no longer resembles the photograph (especially for young children), or the passport will expire within the next six months, you must obtain a new passport before submitting it to us. We recommend children's passports be no more than two years old."

Thank you members Smiley)
