Hi,

I have a query on POF . I did submit just current balance certificate without showing any transaction b coz I deposited large sum without maintaining interval but it has been on my account since the time of deposit and will remain throughout the process. Do they ask me about the source of fund even those funds have been maintained on my account ? I read somewhere that one of the applicant was rejected because of this issue since he submitted statement with large sum deposited on it. But he has not clearly mentioned whether he kept those amount throughout the process. I have also asked him on the same matter but he has not replied yet. I am so anxious.

Please advise me how can I be safe in this concern.

I don't think that Birth Certificate is going to be an issue, you might have sent the same earlier, they might have mentioned that as well, if found incorrect.... So Chill......
More over you are from India, have you sent her 10th Certificate as well..........
You don't need to worry and now worrying after sending application can not even help.....

Hi frnd, They only mentioned abt NOC description... thats their standard reply.. they do not check every think if they found noc description problem..... Even i sent academic IELTS score card of spouse,,they did nt mention anything abt it... as we all know academic IELTS score is not acceptable .....

Her 10 th class cetificate do not have DOB and Parent name on it.. coz all states boards do not mention DOB and Parent name on it..

as i earlier mentioned,That application was rejected.. hence going to send the application again...thats why im worring...
trust this clarifies matter....

Dear All,

Anybody have an idea about CES. My application was received at CES Canada on 11th of July, 2014 and payment was deducted on 18th of July, 2014. Yesterday i called them and asked for my application status. They said, we have received you Masters transcript but didn't receive you Bachelors one. I told them that the Bachelors transcript was sent to you along with the application pack in a sealed envelope by HEC. The representative said to me that i am going to send your application for review now. Please tell what is this and how long would it take to process my application. Any idea ?

I live in Saudi Arabia, I have done medical on August 14th, my VO is London, are they going to indicate this in the status of my application on the CIC website? if yes how much time will it take to appear there?

also what is the expected time for LVO to request for passport?

have received PCC from Hyderabad. It has the following message in it.

This is to certify that there is no adverse information in respect of my name, d/o my father's name, holder of Indian Passport No. ***Number*** issued at ***city on ***date, which would render him/her ineligible for the grant of travel facilities including visa for ***.

Round Stamp of the consulate Sign and square stamp of the assistant consul. My Passport also was marked as PCC issued on.....

I'm confused about the word "ineligible" in the statement "which would render him/her ineligible for the grant of travel facilities including visa for ***.".

If ur reading INELIGIBLE. Then there is also one word RENDER.
Go ahead. This is to everyone who get PCC from PSK.
Same is written in my PCC.

How can we update the local visa office about any change in our file? Mine is NDVO. Because email communication is very poor. They take so much time in responding.
If I talk about my case, once my file gets transferred to NDVO, i have to inform them about new passport for me & my wife.
Our old passports were valid but both of our passport were carrying the name of before our marriage.
For example my wife was having her full name & surname of before marriage. And in my passport the spouse section was blank.

Now the pain area for me is that how i will inform NDVO that my old passport is no more valid and we have new passport, and in a way the name for my spouse in the application will also change.

Guys please help. This is killing me and making me nervous. I am the FSW 2014 applicant. And can expect PER in a month or so.

Send changed documents through Bluedart Courier adressing NDVO. Do not forget to mention UCI & File Number.

No need to send forms. Just send copies of changed documents along with covering letter mentioning your UCI/File Number. Dats it. Send the forms only when it is requested otherwise no need.

Just wanted to update everyone that I completed my landing process on
August 2nd 2014. Please update in the database if we are still tracking the
landing process and the PR card delivery timelines.

It was a very smooth process. Did not take more than 20 minutes from the
time I handed the CoPR and my passport documents to the immigration official.
The member "qorax" has done a very good job in summarizing the landing
process. I appreciate him/her very much for the post.

What's wrong with it? It says: "We have no adverse information that would render you ineligible for a VISA."
