ACTUALLY I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY APPLICATION....SHOULD I SENT IT AGAIN WITH JOB DUTIES ON EXPERIENCE LETTER...OR SELF DECLARATION IS FINE......

Hi veteran,
I got my file returned last year because i did not mention job duties in my experience letters. They specifically mentioned that the experience letters does not contain job duties, and so we deem the application as incomplete. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you will get your file back.
Self declared job duties are also not accepted, as i had sent self declared job duties, but were not entertained. So please get you job duties on company letter heads signed by authorized personnel ready, and wait for your file. Once your file reaches you, attach them and resend it.

Bhaumik is correct. As far as NOC codes are concerned, you don't need them on experience letter.

Self declared duties are acceptable if you were self employed and you sent the duties as an affidavit.

But you need to send a letter head version if you worked for someone else or a company.

I don't know if we have to wait forever. Several weeks after interview and online ECAS status of "We started processing your application", London VO has not sent MR & RPRF till date.

What is happening to our application files???

I also sent self declation for job duties,Im also expection my file back as there is no intimation from CIO til date. I would like to know that if i change my NOC this time would they ask me the clarification for that?
Secondly, As im changing NOC ,i will try to get certificate of duties accordingly.Would they ask me why i given self declaration with different duties earlier?
I presently applied for instrument technician (2243) FSW13 and will apply for instrument engineer (2133) FSW14 coz this one is most suitable for me .
I could not apply under NOC- 2133 FSW13 because this NOC was not in the eligible list.

How much time it take to get the rejected application back from the date of application filed.? Any idea frnds..

Hello Forum Members,

I have applied for NOC-2146.Visa Office New Delhi.My application was received at Sydney,NS on 17-04-2014.
I have paid through DD dated 07-04-2014 which has already expired on 07-07-2014.
Today i checked with the bank and got this information that my DD has not been en cashed till date
Can anybody please analyze my situation and suggest me what has happened here and what i should do now ??

My friend, CIO is working on cases that reached on 8th May, 2014. And they work on cases on a FIFO basis. Many May applicants received a word from CIO, maybe a PER too. So i am afraid, if your fees are not encashed, then your application is on its way back to you. I hope your NOC is relisted this year, so you can rectify your application and resubmit...

No my NOC-2146 is not listed this year but hopefully i can still apply in NOC-2132.
Its very hard to understand what might have went wrong
But anyways thanks for your Reply.
Do you have any idea about how much time it will take to receive my application back and will they notify me about the cause of rejection??

There is no such time frame. From NER Negative Eligibility Review max around 2 months if you are in other side of the world to CIC.

Secondly I had raised an online inquiry and got the following reply;

"Dear Sir/Madam, Please provide the following documents within 5 days. -

Please declare personal history (Q8) and addresses(Q12) since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates We look forward to hearing from you within 5 days."

Hi Admins, please update. We landed last June 15, 2014. The first few weeks were pretty busy. There are still few things to be done but I'm pretty much back on track now. Below is my experience.

Sunday, June 15, landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport at around 2pm. It is a pretty busy airport and the lines are long. It took us about an hour on the first check point and more than 3 hours waiting in the immigration counter. Patiently waited! The immigration officer was a nice guy and it took him about 20-30 minutes to process our papers (4 of us). He did not asked for proof of funds. After we received our COPR, we were directed to a room to get the welcome kit, spent about 10-20 minutes there. Then, I went to customs counter for the declaration of goods I got and the ones to follow. This was pretty fast because I got the forms pre-filled, about 15 minutes I would say. Whoaaa!!!! we are officially Permanent Resident of Canada!!!!!!!!!!! Went to the hotel to get some rest.........

We spent the following days obtaining the necessary documents and looking for an apartment..... SIN, Provincial Insurance, Bank Accounts, Phone Numbers, Registering kids at school etc...... Roughly took us a couple of weeks.

Some banks are asking for proof of billing before you can open an account with them. We opened our accounts at CIBC. They have this new comer to Canada program where they don't require you to provide billing statement. I bet some banks have this program too. They also also gave us credit cards, credit limit is pretty decent I would say.

Apartments usually ask for credit history, luckily I found one that accepts (or can check) US credit history. Moved in last July 1. I was told that if you don't have credit history, you can find a guarantor also. Or maybe find a place that you can rent from an individual or negotiate and see if they will accept you if you do advance payments on top of the first and last month payments.

My goods to follow, I went to the shipping company and gave them the customs forms that I got from the airport. Then they directed me to a local customs office to get my stuff cleared. I was told by the agent that since I got the forms from customs in the airport, it will make it easier and faster to clear my stuff. She was right, it only took me about 15 minutes in the local customs office.

I don't know man. I am also disparately waiting for MR. Its been more then 60 days I got second line. We can just wait. I think we can expect by the end of this month Inshaa Allah....
