Hi seniors

I am seeking assistance with experienced seniors. Thank you for your time in advance.

On the columns of the main duties (of the Schedule 3 Form, Q.12b), we have only wrote " please refer to the attachment" by meaning of looking for the reference letters(experience letters) we attached instead. Would It be alright?

Or you would recommend to send a replacement? (for example, filling some duties, and write refer to the attachment for full details)
Our parcel reached at the CIC office on the 21st of May. It's gonna take a while before it's being processed.

Would it be wise to send a replacement at this time? or you think we could get away with it since the work experience letters are attached?

Thank u

Hi friend,
Filling forms is a different process from the attachments. In the column of NAME, if you write "Refer attached Passport", it would not make any sense. Its the same with job duties in Schedule 3. They have kept a provision of attaching extra pages if you need to give more info. So if you cannot write it in the form, you should attach extra sheet mentioning the job duties in plain paper and to support that information, you provide a reference letter. That additional sheet should be attached to the form itself, so the VO will not have a hard time looking for it. Now in your case i still feel that it might get through, as they might take it that the additional sheet is misplaced, but your reference letter is available. So pray for a lenient Visa Officer. Bcoz sending attachments at this stage might create confusion. But regarding sending additional sheets at this stage, other senior members will be in a good position to reply.

Hello Everyone I am new to this forum.. I have send my FSW application yesterday thru DHL.

One quick question:
The name of my University is very long its Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. So I abbreviated it as C.S.J.M University in IMM 5669 backgraound declaration form. Will that be a problem.

Me and my wife signed the forms using blue ink pen. Is that ok. Because its mention to print the forms in Black Ink only.

Please Advice ::)

You could have added a plain sheet with the form explaining the addendum. But, now that you have already couriered, i think CIC officilas should be able to make it out based on photocopies of degree u provided.

signing with blue in should be OK

what is your NOC. I hope you have added yourself in the spread sheet. If not, please do so

IELTS TEST TAKERS,
Based on my own experience and other forum member experiences, I think taking IELTS through IDP is better than BC. IDP is more open towards issuing an additional TRF, should there be any need in future. The employee of IDP are also more forthcoming and helpful.

SO try with IDP than with BC.

We are still thinking whether to send the attachments with a new form.
Hoping other seniors would give some advice.

1) Sir Kanamen is doing it for free.

Sir Kanamen is offering CAIPS / GCMS for free. If some body wants to use him here is the link

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/caipesfree-offer-t88238.0.html

2) But if you want to order it on your own there are two ways.

a) If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5 and you will get that in around 30 days.

b) If you don't have a relative or friend in Canada then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40 and you will get in six to eight weeks..

Check this

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to
