No MR yet...

hello friends,

For those who are waiting for Mr like ME....i think due to election and its counting process NDVO might have stopped issud MR and DM since long, because they might be knowing documents like PCC might be difficult to get in this election time.
SO i guess after 26th may again they come back to their respective seat and may proceed further all pending file.

I just received email from delhi immigration stating;

You indicate that you have a brother currently residing in Canada however documents you have submitted are unsatisfactory. Please submit the following within 30 days of the date on this letter:

- Current employment letter for XXXXXXX indicating length of employment etc.
- Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada for the years 2011, 2012 and T4 for 2013.


My brother recently got canadian cititzenship....and left his current job.How should I sent all requested document ? Via mail(scanned copy ) or by courier..please4, suggest its urgent.

As per my opinion they just want to confirm whether your brother is residing in Canada or not
Since your brother now become Canadian Citizen, just sent them the proof of his Canadian citizenship. As regards the job, you just send a explanation letter that he has left the job.

And also send them the other documents "Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada for the years 2011, 2012 and T4 for 2013".

As per my opinion the same satisfy them

CIC has nothing to do with elections.. Submission of PCC u can do with the timeline they give ( normally 30 days ). Getting PCC is now easy online( appointment ) via PSK . Lets all hope that this week or next week let it rain MR/DM..

previously I sent the proof of relationship, bank statement, COPR of My brother as PR holder. Actually I filed application on 21st may 2013 and today 1 year from that day and they are working on my file and asked additional document. I thought they would asked these along with MR as I knew from GCMS notes that they gonna asked for it. But they just sent MR, PPR. and now on DM time.....they asked it. Anyways, everything happens for a reason. And this for my Canadian Dream.

I need your advice, its really urgent.

I got MR , RPRF and PPR, however, my wife is expecting. Please tell me what all Medical documents are required to let CHC know that my wife is pregnant and do I need to pay RPRF at this stage and if Yes, then should I have to include fees for the upcoming new born right now or later?


Also, do I need to write a letter mentioning about my wife pregnancy duly signed by my wife ( as she is the Primary applicant), if yes, then Is there any Performa for that letter? Please share?

Hi, I think you do not need to tell CHC that your wife is pregnant. in your medical results doctor mention that she has this much months pregnancy. yes you have to pay RPRF for you both but right now no need to pay processing fees for your baby. once your baby will born than you have to inform CHC with sign letter that you want to update your application and add new born baby to your application, at this time pay processing fees for you child.

Just when I thought it can't go awry anymore..

Earlier NDVO had claimed that they had sent me an email for passport submission (which I never got) and then based on the reminder email I had blindly submitted the passports with landing fee on 21-apr via VFS and opted for their SMS and email tracking service. After one month of silence I sent a case specific query to Delhi immi telling them about my urgent travel requirement coming up and requesting them to expedite the case if possible.. Lo and behold a few minutes back I got this email from VFS:

Dear Applicant,

We would like to inform you that your processed decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 21 May 2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number.

I immediately checked my emails and spam there was nothing from the embassy . I also checked ecas which still shows in process and medical received (no DM).

So I need to wait till tomorrow on whether it's a visa or a reject.

Any thoughts / views / guesses?!

Its been officially 1 year up for App. Filed 21-05-2013... Processing start on 10th Feb.. 100 days up for that... Still NO MR.... Really worry when will i get MR ????? just praying to god every time....

hi , got a question here.

in schedule 3 under work experience question 12a

should i write under occupation box the title of the NOC code where i want to be assessed ? or the title of the position that i have written in 12b?

for example Occupation= Licensed practical nurse NOC= 3233

or

Occupation= operating room Nurse NOC= 3233

i'm confused because what was said in the guide 7000 is like this

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).
