Hi GuYZ,

Status got updated to MR and also request for Saudi PCC.

I have concern regarding my Saudi PCC. I am working in india for last 5 years and worked in Saudi for 1.5 year from 2008 to 2009.
How do i get a PCC from Saudi. I have called the indian embassy at saudi they told me that i have to be present in person or a representative should be there with my Passport and rest is the process earlier many have already shared.

send it to MOFA for attestation and then to police station in saudi.

How will i do it? Can anybody guide me in getting the PCC, do any consultants do?

The easiest thing for you to do is to apply at the Saudi embassy in India.. They should be able to give you the PCC... You need a PCC request letter from the canadian VO.

Medical has been done two weeks ago. but still neither AOR nor second line in ECAS :

In your case 6 month have been passed after AoR. So, Have you contacted NDVO or planning to contact them? In my case its 119 days so I don't think they will give any proper response to my query.

I have already sent the CSE and got the reply that

"Further review is needed before a decision can be made on your application.......No action required from my end......They confirmed that processing is proceeding and no definative timeframe for the finalization can be given"

This is the abridged version of their standard reply.

Now I don't know what kind of further review is needed by them.....
Will you please comment on what it states ?

I am on the same position. Though I was sitting patient for all this time I now feel what is the possible reason that it is getting delayed. Some of those who have filed 5 months later are now ahead of us.

I am now back from Canada and waiting eagerly to finish the process and go back to Canada. I don't know what is CSE but I had mailed them back and they answered the same thing as you wrote earlier. The only development after that was that my Ecas was updated with processing started.

I received two copies. I provided the copy of my email correspondence with CIC as proof. You may provide copy of your DD as proof.

But this is a vicious circle here, without TRF - no application ... without application - no two TRFs... Classic Deadlock.

It should be a good POF as long as "its either or survivor" and u r the primary applicant on the FD. Additionally you will need to give a declaration/explanation as to why you have the FD jointly with your father.

Also, would they honour money being held in Provident Fund. My payslip reflects the current holding and I can get a letter from my Accounts Officer stating the amount held in my PF and the fact that it is readily available to me when required. How good is that ?

I am in UK since last 2.5 years, I have sufficient fund in UK bank account since last month and I want to Keep my VISA office India. So what proof i have to declare in application?
Is gold certificate given by Indian govt. approved agency valid?
Indian bank fixed deposit is valid?
Please advice.
