My experience for interview is almost similar to xp4com, Dreamer, nkalra, Dub2Can, so I guess no need to write all the details down. Overall, it was nice talking to Visa Officer. At the end, when he asked if I want to ask something, I said, what stages are done and what are left, then he explained that Major part is covered today, and only formalities, like Medicals, RPRF and Security Agencies's criminality is left just to make sure that you don't have any previous convictions.

I thanked him and told him that it was an experience and honour to meet my visa officer and at least now that I know my case is moving forward because many LVO applicants are still waiting to hear something. He thanked me too and told me that we have a deadline to meet for 1 year so most of the cases will be cleared within an year.

Before leaving room, I told him that I am going at Tim Hortons to celebrate with coffee and doughnut and he had a good laugh at it

I had a telephonic interview on 4th February 2014. It lasted for about 30 minutes. My ecas status now reads that they started processing my application on 27th January 2014. After this almost one month has passed and still l haven't heard anything from ndvo. Please tell me is it normal. How much time do they usually take in sending mr.

No. It is mentioned specifically, that if you want to show joint accounts, then it should be in the name of the principal applicant along with the secondary applicant who shall be joining the PA to canada... so please find an alternate route to show the money...

I guess you must be receiving it any time now. Had any other information was needed from your end, the VO would have contacted you. If that's not the case, Just wait for some more time. You will receive it unexpectedly. Keep faith.

What should be applicable for Singapore.. ???
They are just on hibernation...not a single news/trace for processing..Wish the 1 yr timeline is also applicable for SGVO and other slow VO's.
