Yes a decision has been made on my application...and d most important thing...it is just after 12 days when I send my complete package to ndvo..

Looks like my file is being used for quality and training purposes... may be the VO is using it to show the trainees "mistakes to avoid while applying for PR"... Dont know but its been a month since they started working on our file... thank god i typed my application and not handwrite it...would have taken much longer then!!!
