Yes for the return mail. Then you have to send it to NDVO.

Have you submitted passport, RPRF and Indian PCC already? If yes, then what is your status?

My visa office is LVO. They don't send it altogether. My FBI certificate application is on way to US now thru DHL. It will be in VW by tomorrow.

Hi Devkis,

I dont think any one in studio are nowadays using negative.

I am sure mine was digital and i didn't provide any Negative for medical.

Just make sure that size , background and other specification are followed

All the best

Thanks

In the Appendix II: Guide to the Completion of the Medical Report Forms for Canadian Immigration (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/appendix-02.asp) it is written that

"five recent pictures taken within six months preceding the date of the examination and, where applicable, a negative for yourself and your family members (see section on photos in the instructions on how to complete the Application for permanent residence)."

I am not sure I understand the point about the "negative"

1. Should the photos be developed from a negative and not be digital?
2. Do we have to submit negative also?

Those who have completed medicals, I would really appreciate if you can throw some light on this. Thanks.

UPDATED

Hi,

I am Shahid from hyderabad, India. Have about 8 years of experience n Software programing on Telecom Billing products and business. I want to apply under FSW. If anyone have for the PR through this I need your help and assistance. I am sure if we could help one another (may be tomorrow I would help some new folks) we could keep ourselves updated and also communicate in future.

What Info I have is that I need to write up IELTS and also I need to apply under "2174 - Computer Programmers and Interactive media developers".

I need to know is it mandatory to have either studied in Canada or have a job from an employer from Canada to apply for under FSW for the PR.

Wishes and prayers with all you for your dreams and endeavors to succeed!!!

With warm regards,
Shahid Saud

Hi All,
If anyone can answer my query. My application was received on 21st of May and I got PER on 1st of Aug. I am only son of my parents and unfortunately my father passed away on 17th of June 2013. Now , at this stage, may I add my mother as my dependent in my application. Please if anyone can share his or her experience or anyone if added his or her parent in his application as dependent???

The list is meant for only London VO Applicants. Since you doesn't belong to LVO it is not applicable to you.

Oh okay. Sorry I thought it was sth to add to ss.

Dear All,
I have to send my PCC of UK to LVO. Please confirm me the address of london Visa Office. Furthermore, can anyone explain me what necessary information I should include in covering letter and should I mentioned my NOC and application number on top of envelop as well ?

Do not apply under 2174 - the cap is full.

Hi AK2174

Very sorry to hear this. May Lord give you the strength to pass through the tough time.

It looks like there is no direct way to add parents to the FSW application. But there are ways by which you may have your mother come over to Canada and stay with you. Little hassle is involved, but I pray that works out.

Guys just a few queries;

1. What are the specifications for photos for MR? Same as the ones we did for the application (Appendix A)? Can someone point of the link where the information is available?
2. Do we need to get a negative also?
3. How many photographs are required?
4. Do we need to send additional photos in the package apart from the ones stuck on the forms?

Thanks.

Dear devkis,
1. Same specifications.
2. No negatives required.
3. 4-5 Photographs
4. No additional photos to be sent in the package.
