Hi All,

Apologies for delay in Update.

I got my Passport back with Stamp and COPR today.

Admin request you to please update the status.

Thanks to all who helped be to sail through this journey. I would not name any one because i might busy someone.

Below is the timeline post medical for forum reference .

1 - received Medical email to complete in 60 days on 19 Dec
2- received another email on 21 Dec to submit Medical , Fees , PCC India( not submitted with Application ) and Passport by 9 Feb.
3- That means from intial 60 days to submit medical they changed to 50 Days for due date
4- Second Line was added Started processing application on 18th ( So one day delay in receiving MR from processing)
5- Completed medical on 30 Dec
6 - Not Sure when did the Medical recivied line appeared( But assuming that it was 1 -Jan -2014 because my visa is Valid till 1-1-2015)
7- Submitted PCC, Fees and PP on 9 Jan 2014 to VFS Hyderabad , Reached CHC 10 Jan 2014
8- Fees encased on 16 Jan 2014 as per bank ( But reciept they have returned with passport is of 13 Jan 2014)
9- Status changed to Decision made on 12 Feb 2014
10 VISA issue date is 10 Feb 2014 ( the Very next working day of my Due date of submission)

All the best to other forum buddies who are waiting for the next step .

two conclusion

1) Visa Valid is normally 1 year from Medical received
2) I respective of when you submit doc or fees encased , the VISA is stamp post your Due date ( which is your bring forward date)

Mine got updated within 1 week of VO's receipt of medicals.

I read somewhere that ECAs are normally updated during Tuesdays and over the weekends. In my case, I found this to be true as I noticed that my ECAs have been updated every weekends. I think that your reference though should be the time zone of the VO.

i shared my detail with this thread and i was in impression there are so many members to help each other. few members are very very helpful like amit,monoquest,islandbabe,adrenalineforu but it's really shocked me there are some member who are very rude likevatsthis is my personal opinion, i posted two quotes in this thread on 13th feb and in that i asked question to vats but he didn't reply.i don't know why he didn't reply....

Thank you cleto.but i am still in confusion that i got my medical request on saturday.so i m puzzled whether they work on saturday also?actually when do they work ,can it be from monday morning 10am to 5pm to friday,or even more as per indian timing?

hi, members i submitted my passport to new delhi visa office on 13th jan, due to very urgent official work i have to go Australia for that i need my passport i sent e mail to NDVO on 3rd feb, but today i got email from them that your file is waiting for final review by visa officer,
so can anyone explain this situation in how many days i got my passport back.

Average time is 55 - 60 days.

No diode its difficult to explain as not many people have the same issue..moreover a guy residing n Kuwait had this issue bt it was already more than 40 50 days that he got pp back..so relax and u hv no option bt waiting patiently as u hv got a reply too..

Moreover, pls be relaxed and mature and avoid PERSONAL COMMENTS..its not good..every1 is havng their own issues..moreover we hv met vats personally, he is far away from being rude..if ur questions are unanswered post them again, if any1 is aware they will answer..

We are all to help each other..pls be calm and pray to God for every1..
