I filled my case as a federal skilled worker on 10t jan 2013.In september ecas second line added that we started processing ur application.On 4th October i got medical and passport request.And i sent my passport on 24th october to ndvo.Just now my status from in process changed to decision made.Thank u sir.

Dear Owais - There could be many reasons for the rejection of the documents. If you have constructed your application package in accordance to the guidelines provided within the check list, there should not be any issue with it. They calculate points elgibility based on the factual data provided, if something is missing they are not gonna make any guess. The most common errors are:
a. people forget to sign any of the application forms.
b. if applying as a family, information about spouse is missing or signatures.
c. mode of payment - by credit card - if your card declines the payment. DD is secured.
d. Canadian educaton equaliavance - attach the orignal letter along with copy of the transcripts.
e. experience letters are very important as they provide a base to attain the required marks. so these should be close to the mentioned requiremnts
f. proof of birth - birth certificate should be provided. Passports are not accepted for this purpose.
and list goes on.......
i hope and wish the missing experience letter will not have any impact as your self claimed points are 67. so be positive and hopefull.
Your NOC-2134 is building up very strongly from mid november, the last update showed 204 and it seems CIC is processing mid - end Dec 2013 applications. Based on that i am quite optimistic you are definately in. Good Luck

Can anyone please highlight what are the probable reasons of sending the application package back? In my application package, one experience letter is missing from the previous employer. Even if that experience is neglected, I have 67 points i.e. I am eligible FSW. Will it make any impact on my application and can it be rejected? I am very tensed as what I have analyzed, the last DD was charged for December 19, 2013 whereas my application reached there on January 02, 2014. Am I in?? Any ideas fellas? My NOC code is 2134.

I am afraid, yes. The cap has already been filled on 23rd Jan and CIC was processing applications from Dec 2013 at that time. Be ready for the bad news, but you'll be having a good chance in the next program. Good Luck for the future.

can we infer that 2263 applicants of Jan are not within cap? :-(

I'm very happy to announce that our passports got back today with a beautiful Canadian visa stamped on them, category IM-1 Immigrant! Admins, kindly update my info on the spreadsheet.

Forgot to mention: eCas status updated to "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Thanks everybody for such great information shared, it was glad to have such a support while waiting for the process to come to an end.

I hope everybody here gets the chance to go through this process as smoothly as it was for me.

yes it was clearly written that valid for 3 months only....but why r u worried for rprf dd......it gets encashed within the first month....

I sent my docs and passport to NDVO on 21 jan 2014. and my RPRF DD was encashed on 25 jan 2014. I came to know from my bank just today.

By the grace of almighty Lord Krishna, I am pleased to tell you all that I have received Medical Request today morning! Along with the same, I am supposed to pay RPRF and submit my passports. No PCC request since I had submitted the same with my application packet in June 2013.

ECAS status shows : We started processing your application on January 21 2014. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Use VFS, as they update you about the sent/receipt of your docx and furthermore, they are very well aware of the procedure, I will certainly prefer to use VFS.
