I'm very happy to announce that our passports got back today with a beautiful Canadian visa stamped on them, category IM-1 Immigrant! Admins, kindly update my info on the spreadsheet.

Forgot to mention: eCas status updated to "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Thanks everybody for such great information shared, it was glad to have such a support while waiting for the process to come to an end.

I hope everybody here gets the chance to go through this process as smoothly as it was for me.

Expect to receive documents and medical requests. Time varies from VO to VO. In my case, got the MR from CPP-O about a couple of days after that line was added.

Hi Forumties,
NEED YOUR HELP.
I am a 29th Nov applicant received PER on 24th Jan for NOC 2154.
31st Jan(This Friday) is my last day in the company where i work from past 6 & half years.
The company will be closing down next month as the owner will be migrating overseas.
**QUESTION**
1. Do i need to intimate NDVO regarding this now or wait for AOR ?
2. Do i need to send a CSE to NDVO explaining them the scenario and inquiring what docs they need from my employer ?
3. Can i collect the final relieving/experience letter from my Co. and submit directly to NDVO with a cover letter explaining the scene?

Hi Admin,

Pls. update: - 3rd line added - medical results received.

Also sent my documents (RPR Fees and other documents on 27th January).

Would like to add that VFS service for sending document is quite satisfactory. At Delhi VFS, service was very prompt and they checked all documents very thoroughly before putting them in plastic folder. By evening, I even received an SMS stating that documents have been forwarded to CHC.

Today, I am attending CIIP session at Chandigarh.

i think LVO or some other VO might have detected/suspected some kind of fraud amongst few applicants of 1112 & 2174....apart from this there appears no reason why these interviews are req for such a large no of applicants....this is their policy...if they find something fishy, then they go for interviews or physical checks....
