I think to get PCC in any country you have to present the reasons for this request. But not sure about proof, might be different rules in every country.I would advise you to attach a copy of the covering letter, even if it is not necessary, nothing to lose anyway.

I don't know about breach of confidentiality you mention.
The letter from my VO that I received don't mention anything like that.
Anyway, you can call the office which is issuing PCC, to find out about the process details before sending a request.

Hello there everyone!
So it has come to discussion many times recently asking how to post images here.
Often times it is hard to describe it. I figure most people learn faster on visualization so for all of your benefits, I screen-capped the steps you can take to post an image on here if ever needed to. Hope you enjoy!
P.S. Sorry I can not do anything to change the size of the images. The site makes it that small. When in doubt just follow the arrows.

First step: Upload your image to a host site for storing photos online. In this example I will be using Photobucket.

Second step: Once you have finished uploading your image. You will select the whole "direct url" shown here by the arrow.

Third step: Once you have the code selected. You will need to right-click and copy the link for the image.

Fourth step: Come back onto the forum and click "reply". Now you need to click the "insert image" icon shown here by the arrow.

Fifth step: Now that you have clicked the "insert image" icon it should pop up an "img code". See example.

Sixth step: Now that the image code has been inserted. You will click to put your cursor between the code, right click, then paste.

Seventh step: And now you should have the "direct url" pasted in between the image code. Once previewed, you can click post. You should now see an image.

I hope this thread helps people and is easy to follow. I don't know if it will be helpful to a lot of people but I figured it wouldn't hurt to show people how to use this feature of the site. Let me know if you like it or it was helpful. Also, try it out in this thread with posting a picture if you like. Good luck posting pictures.

The 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th steps are not necessary
if in 2nd step, instead of "direct link" click on "IMG" link, then insert it in the body of you message.

A little misunderstanding on your side bro... lids got the PER of the second applicatoin filed. July was the first time application date... i guess second application was in november

this is to inform you I got the MR e-mail from CPP-O and its form in 2 separate e-mails few hours ago
the MR e-mail itself dated Jan 24th

they also requested to pay the RPRF fees and provided instructions for doing so online
I just want to say thank you thank you God for that
and of course thanks for all the forum admins and everyone here

Admins please turn me blue in the sheet...loooong waited for it
My ECas still have one line only, no second line added till this moment

btw, anyone knows if high Blood Pressure could delay or cause application rejection???

for the PCC we write mail to the Riyadh VO do we attach the covering letter we received from CIC for the MR, PCC, RPRF etc
the letter which Canadian Embassy will issue us to present to MOFA for PCC from KSA[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

I wrote to Canadian Embassy in Riyadh asking for PCC request letter. Their reply, received the same day, was:
"Dear Madam/Sir,

"In order to assist you with your required Police Clearance Certificate, please send your Immigration file number. Police Clearances only have one year validity.

"If you are applying from London or Abu Dhabi no assistance will be provided and you will need to contact your Immigration Office."


I wrote to London Visa Office, they replied the next day:
"Dear Applicant,

"Thank you for your message. The Arabic request letters to obtain police certificates from Saudi Arabia have been sent to your representative's mailing address by TCS courier service.

"Yours sincerely,"

Hi there,

I have applied under NOC 3212 category...as a Cancer Research Technician...my work profile is very similar to profile...although, the job duties and responsibilities mentioned by cic for this category was very basic.

I applied for the same on 9th January, 2014 and waiting for them to charge my CC....

I have seen other forumites applying under different categories between 10th December, 2013 to 9th January, 2014. Last CC or DD was charged was the application submitted on 19th December and 11th December respectively.

So, in short i want to know if someone was charged after this day ?
