VOs are human beings not machines and human beings exist with different natures and habits. No one knows the nature of his/her VO, therefore we must be careful while making any request.
Just imagine if an employee makes a request from his/her HR to raise his/her salary and he/she knows it is almost impossible. He/she may be included among those to be terminated first when bad time comes on the company.
We need to analyze that LVO is taking care of many countries and it is very difficult for the VO to visit so many countries to interview few applicants. It is easy for VO to invite applicants from multiple countries to a centrally located embassy and also better for applicants in terms of processing time. I agree that it will cost an handy amount for the applicants coming from out of UAE but we have to live with it as there are always certain compromises which we must be ready to make.
