I am also desperately waiting to see a DM from NDVO.
Its been more than 1.5 months after sending the passport to NDVO for some applicants.

Hopefully some ...DM's today .................. : : : : : :

It is frustrating to wait without knowing when our time will come for maple leaf in our hand....

I expect NDVO will release some DM in January 2014.

What is the scenario with Gaurav LMO NOC 2132 candidate as he was first person to get MR request ???? He must update his scenario ....

Thanks! In fact this is the third time. You can see my name in the spreadsheet twice before this. I applied under 2132 in May 2013. App was returned - submitted old sched 3 form. applied again under 2132 in september 2013. App was returned - cap reached. Applied again under 2243 - hit the bull's eye this time. I hope all goes well from here on.
