I can understand your frustration. But mate, try to undertsand the situation. There are still some forumites belonging to NDVO, who have not got their MRs. Try to understand how difficult for them the situation might be.
Its just matter of time, I think max to max 45 days after sending your passports, you will get back your PP with the shining maple leaf. So have patience, and try to indulge yourself in studying the job market, culture of the new country. This way, you will not find the waiting time a liling one.

Regarding BG check, I dont think, after PP request, anyone will have BG check. So stay calm and relax.

We are planning to land in Toronto, What abt you, and by what date r u planning to move if you get your visa by feb end?

Also, are you planning to attend the CIIP program scheduled for 28th Jan at Mumbai?

1. How much further, we should wait for VISA Stamping after submission of MED, PCC, PRPRF and PP to NDVO ?

I am really getting nervous due to this wait... wait... and wait.... I feel like life has become stagnant on this forum for PR stamp, I like to be in motion of life/activity, it results in being very difficult situation for me to pass time.... I am not able to take away my mind from it... Even i have sleep with thoughts and fear for PR stamp .....

2. Our stage is waiting for visa stamping. On this stage can NDVO people go for background check or any request for any additional document ?????

I appreciate your answers..... I know everyone is going through this dilemma only...

Let me first point your big worry , I guess that is point 2, there is rare chances of background check (except security check).


I see people who tried and unable to make in cap, or people who who are still making efforts to file by giving ielts multiple times, I consider myself as lucky having per and AOR. My friend , you are almost done,did we expect in May or June that NDVO applicant will get MR so soon?? No right ? So you are so lucky who is going to get pr visa in one year, 2010 applicant waited for 3.10 years. Check medical monsoon in New Delhi topic.

Kindly don't consider my comments as rude, even I am also getting frustration! After all I am ordinary human!!


But what I know a big principal in getting success for PR visa and on land or CANADA is to understand the things that you can't change and things that you can change.
You have done everything from your end now it's entirely on NDVO to issue visa and return passport in time.

Same thing applies in canada,we will find situation over there where in we will not have any control but we have to adopt or over come on situation.

So there is no point in worrying,just understand the situation act accordingly!


Finally,on the date your passport received by chc they take 60 days to issue your passport,however there are many old applicant who got passport with stamp after two months. I heard about 60 days I don't have exact source.

Thanks buddy... but I got hesitated and irritated with this waiting system for PR approval... It is destroying energies...

We are a new blood of INDIA, which has very low boiling point and very ambitious to do/achieve something for us, for our family and for our nation and even for PR awarding country.... I request CIC consider this attitude of new INDIA and let us continue our natural rhythm which will benefit them most...

Now you being dramatic. It will come when they send it to you. Instead of worring for Visa stamping which is think is Dam Sure for you... , Start looking for jobs, prepare Resume and make network . :phewww

Just been to the bank and I got to know that the DD has been encashed. However, the bank official couldn't tell me when it was done.
Anyway, I am a little relaxed now. At least my passport and other documents are with them.

Thanks brother for your mature words... I fully agree with you that, relatively we FSWP 2013 are in better condition... but I am speaking for each and every person who apply his/her application to NDVO for PR Canada... that it must have changed this much waiting ..... is just spoiling someone's attitude and life...

I agree to it. But loosing our calm doesnt solve the issue, it just increases our depression. So lets divert our attention away from it, I know its difficult

Is the FILE number E# email is the PER email ???

Mononquest, Atleast you got your medicals done and now is safe...Think about the frustration and tension of us , early may applicants from NDVO who have not yet got MR. We have no clue on where our process have been struck.
All we have is a ray of hope to get MR,DM as soon as possible.
As you told, this wait is killing us but we don't have a choice other than to wait..

There is no cap updates yet but it seems that November 1st week applicants are charged. Have they started for November 2nd week?
I cannot help but to worry even its beyond my control. I hope to be in the cap for 2263.
