no one from june applicants got MR so far!!! it's been almost 4 months since some of them got PER!!!!

hate that feeling of being in the air :(

Can anyone please advise for the applications dates CIC is currently processing? Have they started applications delivered to them in Nov? I'll appreciate help in this regard.

I needed a quick advice from you seniors.
1. I got this email from CIC . Can you tell me if this is a PPR request ? Because I saw various formats(see link below) and I am confused if they are actually asking for PP or no.
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/sample-letter-mr-medical-request-ppr-passport-request-t90787.0.html

"This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
This must be received at this office by: XX

Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Please provide us with copies of all pages of passports # XXXXXX valid March 2004 to March 2014 for yourself. This must be received at this office by: XX
Travel History: Proof of travel history Please complete the attached Travel History Form and address history for spouse from 1997 to 2003 This must be received at this office by: XX

RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee Please make payment of RPRF for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: XX

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate
Please provide us with PCC from Kuwait for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: XX

Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Please provide us with original passports along with old ones, if any, AFTER COMPLETING ALL PENDING REQUIREMENTS. This must be received at this office by: XX

It depends on case to case......You got all in ine mail.....there is no such hard rule that one should get MR mail, then PPR & RPRF mail.....

2. If this is a PPR they are not clear if they need just PA passport or passports for all applicants?

If you are still in doubt.... You can straight away approach Canadian embassy in Kuwait

3. I am in middle east and my VO is NDVO so how do i send the PP for stamping to NDVO from Kuwait.

Do not know where you stay in Kuwait.....If you are aware .... You can find some courier services in City I.e. Malaya or else in Farwaniya......you can use good international courier services to do that...

2. You can authorize one of your relatives to do the job for you...Am not sure how things are now at NDVO....., but, yes they may accept your authorization letter on white paper..... ...it's always better to contact CHC in Kuwait

3. You can travel from there on weekends i.e. On Thursday ..... Submit on Friday.... Fly back on same day....,,
For this you need to book an appointment with NDVO

4. Also they asked me to Pay RPRF for me and my spouse so is it CAD 490/- for both or CAD 980/-

It's mandatory

5 . Can i make a draft in CAD for the RPR Fee from a Local middle east bank here? Will that be fine?

Wherever you are,,,, always use reputed banks DD..... Which gives more validity period to encash.,.,,,, I suggest you to go with NBK( national bank of Kuwait).

Kindly reply all the above questions.this is urgent.

Many Thanks
Huzcan.

Answers are below your questions....,,Cheers :)

Senior members please advise on the following.

In Background declaration form for principal applicant, I have completed details under section 8 i.e. Personal History and have mentioned various jobs I have worked in since the last 10 years.

I work for a Government hospital as a radiographer.

I would like to know, that since I work in a government hospital as a radiographer, do I need to also complete Section 10 regarding Government Postions? Section 10 asks you to list any government positions held.

Yes..... You should....... If you are a Government servant.

Good morning forumites.
Wishing a rock and roll week with MR storm to all VO's.

God strike the sleeping VO's with magic wand.

NDVO surprise us :)

Forum-mates,

I am currently in US and my FSW application is pending with CPP-O. I have the following questions:

1. If I have to move to Mexico for office work for 7-8 months(or more), will my application be assigned to any different VO or will it still be with CPP-O? Please note I will no longer have my present address in US and will need to update CPP-O with my new mexico address.

2. I am waiting for my MR, PPR etc for 2.5 months. Assuming that I get my MR, PPR email within 1 month, I might be able to complete it in US before leaving for Mexico. Will it create any issues with the Passport Request?

3. When do I update VO about my travel plans?

4. Anything else that I need to do or any more information that might be useful to me regarding my case?

Thanks for your help.

Log a case specific enquiry with

Provide all the information in detail in this enquiry without any delay as they take about 28 days to respond.
