All MNC which i have worked for and they all have office in Canada multiple location

May 15 Applicant still waiting for MR

Other logic might be true a group of officer assigned to first 2 week files have gone for christmas vacation and hope they come back soon

i m sorry to say that ndvo is not a kind of govt office from where u can get inside stories...these r all da stories created by consultants to hide their own lack of immigration related knowledge..

You can choose London as your visa office if you living in Saudi Arabia legally for more than one year. Else you to choose visa office which is serving your country of nationality.

its a misnomer that history of travel to foreign countries will guarantee a quick processing...take my case i never travelled abroad...in fact it may add to delay...as ndvo has to verify each visit for security checks...whether the applicant was convicted or not....so dont go by this creamy layer concept...common guys we have not given an entrance exam for admission into a college....these are all wild theories which further add to the confusion of all our bros waiting for mr....

Don't misinterpret the posted message..I am not criticizing anybody here becos all of us are united and we are all 1 family....no consultant theories can make us confused...we have a very good advising and wholehearted working team consisting of seniors like islandbabe, jigzy, marta (earlier used to be in the forum, a very good person and a nice individual) who got more knowledge than any good consultant...and our fellow mates like amit, maina, etc, etc..I got it from a reliable source and not a money-minded consultant..It has been posted thinking that it might be used for our sake and not to confuse or mislead anybody...becos forum members are nothing but WE in which i also belong....whoever wants to take it as a guide they can take it...otherwise we can leave it like that...no issues...I understand that decision making differs from person to person...but it is not meant to confuse our own people...please dont make it complicated. In fact, I am a May 22nd applicant waiting for my MR...and my dream to come true......waiting for more than 3 years for the golden mail....

God bless us all and let us hope that we all get MRs at the earliest... ;D

How exactly are Back ground checks done after receiving PER ? my previous employer is really bad at giving reference also not happy to do so for me.......Is it in still practice for FSW 2013,that local VO's to recheck the PER points initially evaluated by CIC ?

Dear friends, Today i received AOR mail from NDVO. My NOC is 3142. Application received in CIO ON 22.08.13. DD encashed on 14.11.13. PER received on 21/11.13 and AOR on 14/12/13(today).

Hey All,

Just wanted to ask if the birth certificate is a big deal ? I submitted mine with the application, however it is not really clear since it was old and done in 80s, also it doesn't say my name cause probably i wasn't named then. Do you think the application can be returned cause of it or is it something they can overlook since they have everything else legit ? Please advise and share your experiences.

Birth certificates are important. I am sorry to say but a lot of applications got rejected due to problems with birth certificates. I suggest take a look at the spread sheet under "returned apps". Spread sheet is available at
