1+ for that, and for JOB and networking, Linkedin is effective so far I can understand. So have a visibility there. As per I can remember, there is a group in linkedin for this forum members, can anyone message me the group name?
Thanks.

Thanks Shrus, but don't they create a UCI for him (even he didn't catch the CAP) and can track what he wrote on the forms for his wife?

Hey Abdelallah,

The file is returned after the CAPS is full, then the file must not be open so it will not be a problem to apply from wife's side.

Best of luck.

Shrus

Hi, a friend of mine applied but CAP is reached and he is waiting for his file to return, he wrote for his wife that she is "unemployed" as there is no score for spouse work experience.
However she wants to apply for another NOC in the list where she has experience in.

Do you think there will be a problem that the husband wrote she is unemployed in his unsuccessful application?

Congrats indigeek. Your process was pretty fast. Very happy for you. Happy and Safe landing!

When will NDVO start raining MR.......??

Hope next week brings good news.....

Because NDVO has to show some target acheived from may to dec. That is 6 months out of 20 months.... for cap of fsw2013.

What ever they have issued wer visas from backlog.... no counts for 2013 intake...!

20 months counting starts from which point. Is it after PER or AOR as in the AOR mail they have written that you can contact the VISA office directly if you dont here anything within 6 months...

HELLO,

Just saw my ECAS status and it is updated to - DECISION MADE.

After submission of the MEdical results and PCC I see 4th line below the MEd received line as-

4.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Hopefully a positive decision is made, didn't receive any government email yet.

FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Thank Jigzyy... We are not sure, as I have not received PPR email from CPP-O yet... though Medical n PCC is received timely by CPP-0

Dear Seniors,

In the spreadsheet, I'm on row 80 under NOC2132. My application was received on 17th Jul'13 but I have heard nothing from them so far. I see the applicants post 17th July receiving PER. Is there a reason to worry? :( :(

Could anyone pl clarify how to know the status of my application?

analyzing from the trend in the forum ....u should have known something by now on your per status.....looks like there is something wrong with your application. But also check with your bank if your DD is encashed or not . if its not encashed then surely there should be a problem with your application. Also in the mean while send an email to cic askin about your application status by giving them your application received date at cic, passport number, your family name and your dob. good luck.

Hi Kate12,

Are you from a visa exempt country? If yes they will probably not need your Passport. They will just issue you COPR, using which you can Land as PR.

NO I am not from Visa exempt country.

i think sometimes the ECAS is updated earlier as 'Decision Made' before getting the PPR email.

It counts from the date CIC receives a "complete package" (i.e. all forms with all documents), as stated on the CIC processing times website.
Since MI-2 (June 2010), this is the date of intake at CIO ("lock-in date").
