I submitted 10th and 12th class certificate with my application. But it is not assessed by WES. I also sent my bachelor and masters certificate with the application. Among them only my Masters certificate is assessed by WES.

The problem lies in your credentials. WES did not assess it as being equivalent to a Canadian degree but simply undergraduate study. Find a copy of your assessment and look at it. If it does not explicitly say equivalent to Canadian education then that is the problem with your application.

WES considered your 2 years bachelors degree equivalent to canadian two years of undergraduate study. Therefore CIC did not approve your application.

In my case

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (4 years)

I received reply from CIO Today early morning which says following:

Application received and waiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course.

I am 2132 applicant and my application arrived on Aug 7th. I didn't receive any PER yet and no CC charged too. Does this message mean that my application is still in the queue and not yet opened for review? If this is the case, then I am afraid that I am already out of the 300 race.

I checked ECAS status but it is not identifying my application so far.

WES considered your 2 years bachelors degree equivalent to canadian two years of undergraduate study. Therefore CIC did not approve your application.

Can you please read it again. They have rejected saying my report does not demonstrate that this is equal to a CANADIAN SECONDARY CREDENTIAL which is like high school or GRADE 10 or 12. I already have those, submitted them to WES along with my bachelors, WES does not mention secondary credentials on report as long as we more than 1 year of post-secondary credentials. I also sent my degree and transcript copies of grade 10, 12 and bachelors to CIC along with my WES report

Pls see the reason for sunnytheshine's rejection on the SS.

The major reason for sunnythesunshine's rejected was a credential from a "NON-RECOGNISED INSTITUTE". With me that is not the case. My report is as follows:

Credential Authentication: Transcripts were verified by the institution
Credential: Bachelor of Arts
Year: 2011
Institution Status: Recognized
Admission requirements: Intermediate Examination Certificate (Which is equal to grade 12 or secondary education)
Length of program: 2 years
Canadian Equivalency: Two years of undergraduate study

It means there is no one in the forum whose CC was charged or DD was cashed after CIC announced 300 CAP limit.

If the cap reaches and concurrently your CC isn't charged then you are probably out.
