Hi,

I think the problem was that NOC 2263 requires a bachelor's degree, while you have submitted an ECA equivalence of an undergraduate degree.

From NOC 2263 description: "A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a discipline such as food science, environmental studies, chemistry or health and safety is usually required."

No. If you note, he is raising objection that I fail to meet minimum requirement because my WEs report fails to prove that I have completed a secondary credential. Its a mistake by them. My WES clearly mentions that 2 years of undergraduate study which means 2 years of bachelors study which can only be done when one has a secondary credential.

I have replied back to their email with reasons stating that maybe an error is done and put some reasons and evidence. Is there a formal way to appeal?

According to the chart CPPO takes 25 MONTHS they are now requesting passports for 2013 applicqnts
So don't think its A good indicator and with AOR aren't they giving a 10 month time frame
So it's just a case of "any day now"

Yes, Since 11 October it is showing "Decision Made". Inside it says that "We started processing your application on 9 October. A decision has been made on your application"

I have no clue! no updates, I even sent them an email (case specific) and updated schedule 3 on September 18th. I have not heard back .. I requested GSMC note on October 16th. I'll keep you posted when I receive the note.

yes you will receive a reply from CIO , an email about your eligibility. This email will give you your file number and UCI number.

hi, my CC charged todayon 06-11-2013. NOC 2131. please update in spread sheet. Also please correct the application recieving date as 16 August 2013 instead of 19 August 2013.

Hi friends,

I am 30 July applicant.
Noc-2131
I sent email to CIO enquiring about my app status to which I got reply on 29 oct. It mentions only application number
(no UCI ).I checked my status online using app no. in ecas but it didn't identify it then ,but from past 3 days it is showing IN PROCESS status.

On clicking link: your application was received on 30 July.


But I didn't get any PER mail yet.Pl guide me ... Can I consider this as equivalent to PER.or should I contact them .
