CIC (Nova Scotia) received my documents for NOC 2263, Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety, yesterday (30/10/2013). Can any guide me what is the average time for CIC to issue the PER for me based on recent statistics. As of 18/10/2013 the number of applicants is 113 for this NOC. I am really worried that the cap may reach before CIC consider my application for PER. :'(

Dear rakeshtk, this is not the hottest NOC as compared to other NOC's so you should get through and PER it may take around 3 odd months before u can get it. But that all depends which is your Visa Office. Kindly share your other details for the seniors to assist you

At least u r better than beijing office....nothing after PER. 4 months now...
Those HK office already get their visa and begin packing....

Its been 51 days since receiving AOR from NDVO.. And there is absolutely no indication on whats happening... This is driving me crazy. Really this is insane...

I will be applying for NOC 2243 in next week(waiting for my IELTS results)
I have my ECA report with me which i will be sending it with my application.
My question is, is it necessary/compulsory to send college/institution transcript with my application or only the ECA report along with the university(Mumbai University) degree & marksheet will work? coz il be mentioning "University of Mumbai" in my application form.

From which ECA body you did your evaluation ? If from WES, kindly check whether it has been done for FSWP or not ? If not sure, kindly update with FSWP so that CIC can verify it online
