extra docs do not lead to rejection, niether it delays the PER, i've sent even my spouse educational docs and received my PER on time.

In your Opnion , what may be the reason for delay??

I's just going through the thread pages, I saw one of LVO applicant was contacted by LVO to provide clear & legible forms (I think it's schedule A or some other form). That indicates that LVO has started processing our application at their end and put us on security checks - that takes around 120 days to have completed.
What do you guys think....

Well as per gcms notes in the application numbers and activities section, the medical is prior to security and criminality checks....
Checking for clear & legible forms seems to be the first initial step after which our files are waiting for medical request to be send..

so as per understanding of gcms notes ...i can say it as follows:

Transfer to LVO
Registry
Screening
Medical Request
Security check
Criminality check

and so on...

Now for fsw 2013 if they change their procedure...it will be something else but not so far...
All of the above is only my own understanding...

I have send an enquiry on 3rd of october by my mailing address. But my consultant by sure has written his mailing address on the application form. do i receive any reply on my enquiry on my mailg address by cic? and also i got uci number by fone too but with that number i cannot track my application. it tells tha i am not identified by them. . Please help..

yes they will do reply through your email if you have indicated all your details in that email. they usually reply in 25-30 days. I got my UCI number but till one week i was unable to track it in E-cas, so wait for the next week probably you will see something in the ecas.

My dd is also not cashed till date you got your uci number by fone or by mail. or you get that number along with PER mail?

Next week you should get the answer to your 3th October inquiry (I sent an inquiry on 27th Sept and received answer on 24th Oct)...
Definitely something is not quite normal, but the reasons may vary... forms that are not filled properly, documents that are missing, improper documents, basic WES instead of FSW WES etc.
My opinion, wait the answer to your inquiry and after that you can take a decision...

Have you sent 2 applications, each for every NOC, or just one for both NOCs?

After reading the posts i assume that at the moment last week of July 2013 so is there any possibility......

CIC will consider the NOC which you have filled in the Economic Classes (EC) form ... so the question is did you listed all your duties, along with relevant NOC codes, in EC form?

As far as i can remember, there was one case in which a person was qualifying in both the NOCs and CIC mailed him and asked him which NOC would he like to apply?

Well, that just one off case and do not expect that CIC will automatically consider 2131 provided 0211 has been capped.

Now, i would suggest is ... call up CIC tomorrow and try and find the status of your app. And god forbid, if your app is returned (with reason as 0211 cap filled), these guys will tell you over the phone, then next step would be prepare a fresh application and make your duties look like more 2131 centric.

And if your app is still under consideration, then really hope and pray they automatically consider your under 2131.

We are really looking forward to some good news and positive movement from LVO.....which is completely silent...especially from you as you are one of the very first applicant for FSW 2013 as well as for LVO....also ur PER was on time as per the expected time frame....so keeping all the hopes high and looking forward to some real good news....

Seems like NDVO has a target to meet before diwali, like our Indian Traffic police...but in good sense.
