Hello, What do people on forum think are chances for applications sent in October under NOC which are almost at 200 now (2131, 2132, 3142)...Huh

Assuming July 3rd week or July end are getting PER now (which is 2.5 -2.75 months from quota start, 4th May) and definitely there should be some time between appl approved and PER been sent (say 5 working days).. my vague assumption is until July end are already processed and should be getting PER very soon if not already got.

With that calc, in another 2 months of July application sent date (which is Sept end) these NOC's should hit the cap. So does it leave some room for Oct applications.

What do u people think?

Correct, it may be FSW1 or 2 who has got the MRs but no one from FSW3 has got from NDVO yet. However, there is one off case for Rishi (from NDVO) who got MR from CPP-O. Not sure how it appeared as a special case.

Most believed that VOs started this as act of load balancing which contradicts to their sequential processing of files.

There is one more case(XBOX7) from our forum from NDVO who got MR from CPPO... I don't see Rishi in the spreadhost, what is his app date/NOC?

Any LVO folks getting MRs from CPPO?

OMG! I think our points was over 68 even! how can I be informed that what is my status now? I don't have any UCI
So there was a mistake and I should wait to my docs rejection to understand what is wrong?!!

OH no it's very harmful so why they charged our CC?! and if my docs send back what happens to the money?!! It's really weird!

Category 1

You have atleast one year of continuous full-time (or the equivalent in continuous part-time) paid work experience in the last ten years in an eligible occupation.

Category 2

You have a permanent job offer from a Canadian employer. The job offer must:be in writing on company letterhead and signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,be for permanent full-time (non-seasonal) work, andmeet the arranged employment requirements described in the instruction guide.

Category 3

You are an international student currently enrolled in a doctoral (PhD) program, delivered by a recognized post-secondary school located in Canada, and:you have completed at least two years towards the completion of your PhD, andare in good academic standing, andare not a recipient of a Government of Canada award requiring you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills,OR
you have completed a PhD program from a recognized post-secondary school located in Canada no more than 12 months before your application is received by the CIO and:you have not received a Government of Canada award that requires you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills; orif you were a recipient of such an award, you have satisfied the terms/conditions of the award.

No buddy, no updates from my end. I did my medical tests on 15th oct and sent pending PCC that reached Ottawa on 15th as well. I hope medicals must have reached there as the medical lab is e-enabled.

There he is!!! Probably he could guesstimate what could have been the special factor that made his application fastracked at CPPO!!! All the best buddy, with rest of your process.

When CAP is reached, how long does it take to send the file back for those who didn't fall under CAP?

They send the application back by regular mail, so it can take long time, 45-60 days even... And as you are from Egypt, i think you have to check with your post Office every week at least.
